I simply asked Jake what could be done to correct this horrible experience (I have only had Verizon service since the "beginning" honest. I was in with my old phone (had offered it as trade in but had been refused, more than once) and told I would have a 2x credit adjustment next month and that my bill would be decreased by 2/3 after that.
