They called me back immediately after I sent a request for an estimate. These guys are very personable and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. They were very patient and understand my stress moving to a new city. After setting a date and time, they called a couple of times to re-confirm and always kept in contact with me. Although they arrived late due to the truck not being available on time (and because they are coming from Buffalo), they called me to let me know their ETA. They treated my belongings as their own. Jade was so kind to double wrap my medical degree when he realized that it did not have enough protection before placing in the truck. Scott and Jade work very well together and did an efficient and speedy job getting my two bedroom worth of belongings into the truck. They then drove to Pittsburgh same day and unpacked my things into the rooms designated. They had a grueling day which did not finish until 9 pm in Pittsburgh but they were professional and always had a positive attitude. I very much enjoyed having them moving my belongings, and I am very pleased with their work. I have endorsed them to other colleagues of mine who are looking for movers, and one of them hired Scott and Jade for later in the week. They parked on street invisible from the house, never rang the bell, and left claiming we weren't home. But worse were several blatant lies. They told me the reason they could not redeliver the next week before Christmas was because the seller had not confirmed the redelivery for 9 days (they wanted to charge him $75 for missed delivery). Seller forwards me a string of internal emails that show that he responded immediately after the botched attempt. They could have done whatever it took to make delivery happen before Christmas, but they chose not to--I had no gift for my husband on Christmas Day because they were not willing to take responsibility for poor management and chose to lie about it instead.

I said how I couldn't take 2 hours off work but I work 20 mins away, so if the drivers could call I could head that way. She replies that "the guys should be calling momentarily, we do not provide a window." So I compromise and ask for a 10 min window. She again texts "Your arrival is 9:30 - 11:30 in the text above. Let me know if you do not have someone ready to receive". So I call and get a female dispatch (Arriane / Kristina something) and state how I'm confused that if the drivers call when they're on the way how are they not able to tell how far out they are? She snaps at me "DON'T TELL US HOW TO DO OUR JOB". Incredibly rude, disrespectful, and absolutely unprofessional. The drivers then arrive, without a phone call. So apparently someone DOES need to tell them how to do their job. Btw- no "white glove" service as stated by Satvaa. No paper boots, didn't even bother wiping their feet on the multiple door mats. Just tracked dirt all through the house as apparently it's the customers responsibility to lay down plastic. Unbelievable.... Hope you never have to ever work with them. You've been warned.

However, moving my items to a storage unit was an easy, enjoyable process. When I asked about the fee discrepancy, the answer was "tax". I think better communication before the fact would have solved these issues. If you use them bear in mind your items may be transported with others' and this could result in not enough space in truck. Make sure you make an accurate inventory before you call. Lessons from my experience. I still owe them $5.
