I have had things printed here as well like business cards and had to have a bunch of stuff run for my schooling, and every experience has been great! Always a quick in and out, no hassle, no troubles!!! The person in front of me had an issue with something they had printed, and they were very polite to her and said they would fix it right away and that she could pick it up in a couple hours. Not often you find service like that anymore.

They offered framing advice, multiple price quotes, and extensive consultations on the nature and quality of the original print. They must have put in hours of work just consulting with us in person, over the phone, AND via email. They were always thoughtful, gracious, and patient. Disappointed with service at postal counter. The employee asked various valid questions about what…read moreI was mailing including fragility of the contents in pkg. I said no to all ?s as they did not pertain. I had put on pkg handle with care as I did not want it bent or folded. The employee loudly says to me "what is this for, I DID ask u b/4 if it was fragile and YOU said no." I felt like I was being scolded or on trial! It was disrespectful of her and I felt humiliated as there were customers at the counter. I nearly picked up the pkg and left... Please be respectful when u r in a profession of helping customers.
