Informed that i should be here this morning at 7:15 so that i could be the first car they worked on. I was here by 7:10, before some of the employees even got here. At least six cars have came in after me. They have completed the work on all of those cars and all I need is for my tires to be balanced. They've tried to up-sell me tires, even told me that my lugs needed to be "hammered" off. The best part is when an employee called me STUPID for asking what was going on, why is it taking so long, and why all of the vehicles that got here after I did are gone. I've asked for the number to corporate several times. (At least 10) It was just given to me after I believe it is the manager tried to explain that they need to use a different socket to get the lugs off. I kept asking where did the hammer come in at and if they had the socket, what's the problem. I keep getting the run around while they keep pulling other cars in and pulling them out. We have purchased these tires from Discount. (not this location) We've purchased ALL of the tires on all of our vehicles from Discount Tire. I've never been treated like this, felt like this or seen this happen before in my life. I am truly amazed, hurt and shocked. I know I'm in the south, but WOW! I was approved for a 2019 Chevy Malibu. They ran my credit specifically for that vehicle, confirmed its availability over the phone, and kept it listed on their website like it was ready to sell. But when I arrived at the dealership, everything changed. The sales rep told me the Malibu was no good--that it was "trash" and would not be sold to me. I was never offered the option to wait on repairs or to purchase it later. I was simply told it was off the table, and I was then shown other vehicles instead. Only two people were in the room during this conversation: me and my significant other, who clearly remembers exactly what was said. Yet, Enterprise later sent a letter to the state claiming I was offered the opportunity to wait on the vehicle--a complete lie. I asked what was wrong with the car and was told the sales rep didn't know, only that Enterprise wouldn't sell a car unless it was in top condition. That sounded good in theory, but in practice, they ran my credit, falsely advertised a vehicle, and then pulled a bait-and-switch. Even now, they're trying to rewrite the facts. I submitted my evidence--including communication, screenshots, and witness testimony--to the state. But Enterprise continues to dodge accountability by giving misleading responses and falsifying their version of events. I've tried to get legal help, but it's been difficult to find an attorney to take on what is clearly a case of consumer fraud and misrepresentation. If you're thinking of buying from Enterprise Car Sales, please be careful. Record your conversations. Get everything in writing. Don't assume they're being honest--because in my case, they weren't.

Avoid Mavis at All Costs…read more On 5/27/25, I brought my car to Mavis for new brake pads and rotors. When I picked it up, the brakes were worse than before--there was a loud metal grinding noise, the brake response felt unsafe, and the steering was suddenly off. None of these issues existed prior to the visit, and notably, Mavis made no mention of any other problems when they returned the car to me. I brought it back and was told--by the receptionist, not a mechanic--that the issue was my lower control arm. This was never mentioned during the original visit. When I asked for clarification or to speak with a manager, the receptionist became rude and refused to connect me with anyone else. I took the car to a trusted local garage, where they diagnosed the control arm issue and had to completely redo the brake job that Mavis had botched. I ended up paying twice--once for Mavis to make things worse, and again to get it fixed correctly. Despite all this, Mavis is refusing to fully refund me. They keep pointing to their "lifetime warranty" on the brake pads and rotors--as if I would ever trust them with my vehicle again. And if you get to the point of dealing with the regional manager, Don Harrison (737-389-6979), don't expect much. He either dodges your calls or talks down to you--especially if you're a woman. I was without a car for nearly two weeks, spent double what I should have, and was treated with complete disregard. Take your business anywhere else.
