Amazing Business and good working people who work there. They usually welcome you and you would not have an issue dropping things off.

My regular guy retired on 5-24-25. It is going to be a real ish show from now on. Uniforms…read moredelivered was supposed to be signed for. They forged my signature and dropped the box in front of my door in a black plastic bag. Opened the bag the box is soaking wet and smelled like vinegar. Took it back to the post office the next day and explained to the supervisor, it was delivered signature required I never signed and presented her the box inside the plastic bag. She whispered to the teller "those are MTA uniforms" then tells me they had an entire shipment of boxes that came to them wet. Yet instead of sending them back and saying it was damaged in transit they decided to send them to me. Because of my connections I called another post office and had them run the tracking number and I was told "someone signed it as if they were you and they spelled your first name wrong" . Isn't that a federal offense? The supervisor sent it back "refused" so, now I have to call the uniform company and tell them what happened and let them know to look out for the damaged box and to resend the uniforms to me once they receive the package. I have so many horror stories from this post office including my income tax check never made it to me and it was cashed. IRS did an investigation sent me another check. That one was cashed too but, yet it made it to the post office both times. I'm over them.

He looked everything up for me, and tracked down my package to make sure it wasn't actually stuck at the sorting center like the online tracking said.

After this experience, I feel obligated to warn others. I've been running a product-based business…read morefor nearly seven years and have worked with hundreds of domestic and international vendors. This is among the worst vendor experiences I've had. We hired DoDo to produce 1,200 custom mailer boxes with custom inserts. In the beginning, communication was responsive and helpful, although there unnecessary urgency applied to close the order. Once payment was made, everything changed. Throughout production, we repeatedly requested status updates on the order. Multiple times, we were told that the order had shipped and was on its way. However, when we pressed for actual tracking information and more specific details, it became clear that those statements were not accurate and that the order had not even been fully produced yet. What followed was weeks of increasingly implausible explanations and excuses rather than straightforward answers. In one instance, after we requested a concrete update, we were told: "Due to a thorough cleaning at the production facility over the Weekend, the dust unfortunately caused Mr. Joshua to develop a bad throat infection and fever, so he's unavailable today. Even then, he made sure to pass the update along to me so we could keep you informed." On multiple occasions, the person who supposedly had the information we needed was suddenly unavailable whenever we requested specifics. Rather than receiving clear answers, we spent weeks trying to determine the actual status of our order. The project ultimately arrived over one month late. To be fair, the exterior mailer boxes themselves were good quality. The inserts, however, were virtually unusable. The inserts were made from extremely flimsy paperboard that began failing as soon as products were inserted. Even more concerning, one compartment that DoDo had specifically assured us would securely hold a product in place was delivered as what can only be described as a paperboard hammock with open sides. Despite being explicitly told in writing that this piece would be a structure that would hold the product securely in place, it could not perform that basic function. We documented the issues in detail and sent a thorough written explanation. When DoDo requested a video, we provided one that clearly demonstrated the failures and made the problems unmistakable. After that, communication effectively stopped. Despite multiple follow-ups, we never received a meaningful response, resolution, refund proposal, or even an acknowledgment of the issues. Manufacturing delays happen. Mistakes happen. What separates good vendors from bad ones is honesty, communication, and accountability when problems occur. In our case, we experienced inaccurate status updates, missed deadlines, unusable components, and ultimately no meaningful attempt to resolve the issues once they were documented. There are countless packaging manufacturers available today. Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering DoDo to look elsewhere.
