When you walk in it reminds me of your friend that could make the TV show from hoarders. It's got a few isles of food, a few isles of decorations like vases, pictures, posters and fake flowers...something similar to what you'd find at a dollar store but much tackier and many other items. There is a back wall of DVDs which has a pretty diverse collection of movies were new movies and movies older than a few months have different pricing. They also sell lottery tickets and smokes. Come by and pick up a movie and any other odds and ends you might need for your place!

Now i've been new at a job before and I know what the stress is like being a new employee during the crazy holiday times, so I give him the benefit of the doubt. While purchasing a copy of Battlefield 1 for my boyfriend, we renewed his membership, but could not use his 15,000 points for a discount on the game, which I've never heard of before. It's been years since I've gone into a Gamestop and from my experiences, I could always use points for discounts on games, but they may have changed policies. We checked out and made our 25 minute drive home. My boyfriend was so excited to download and install the new game, but upon opening up the game, we found that they had given us the case that was on the shelf, and never the case with the actual game with it. Angry, I called the store and Kyle, whom I believe is the manager, answered and told me that I could come all the way back to the store and get the game, but if we didn't have the reciept, they could do nothing for us, I would be out my $55 and even though I paid with my debit card, I couldn't just show them my Bank app that has my purchase on it. Annoyed, we drove 25 BACK to this GameStop. We walked in with receipt in hand, and explained the situation to the manager, he found the game, and gave us the correct copy without any problem. Customer service was great both times, but this place is only getting 2 stars, since I just wish their employees would pay attention so I didn't have to waste more time and gas than I would have had to.

Be a better company, Rogers. This company has a process whereby they FORCE you to purchase bundles otherwise they will ridiculously overcharge you. By overcharge, I mean they are robbing their customers. This has happened to me often and I haven't even been with the company for a year. One incident: I didn't have Canada Wide calling and felt I didn't really need it since I don't call much. Where they caught me? Made me pay for INCOMING calls. Guess what I had to do? Purchase Canada Wide calling in order to not be overcharged by $50 a month. Another incident: I had a university assignment that required texting to the USA. Out of curiosity I inquired how much texting would be; my options were a) pay 45c for EVERY incoming and outgoing texts OR b) pay $5 for unlimited texting. The representative couldn't explain the logic behind this and never addressed my statements of being ripped off. All he/she wanted to do was sell me the $5 bundle. Thanks but no thanks. The most UNETHICAL network provider I have ever been with. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.
