I expected a wait or a "check back in later" timeframe, but I was provided quick, on-the-spot cleaning! I waited perhaps 5 minutes in the lobby and took the time to glance over some jewelry they had for sale. Received my necklace back with a new and improved look! What was once discolored is now back to a pretty silver and the best part - it was free of charge! Since I had no repairs, they did not charge for the cleaning. Would absolutely recommend for anybody looking for a local, independently owned jeweler to support.

Finished product was not comfort fit and when asked if they would make it right I was told not without more money. Ultimately now I have to find another jeweler to fix the problem. If you are going to do custom orders then make sure your staff is knowledgeable so they do not make promises they can't keep.
