Several workers checked on me - all very pleasant. I do think the ladies section was lacking. The clothing in general seemed to be vary sparse. We stopped in hoping to get a pair of pants like we got at our store. They must've been on sale before! Grabbing a dog bed and headed to checkout we found out it was 3 times more than the slot it was located in WOoo so we had to leave empty handed.

They also go beyond dogs and cats, which is great when we need fish or bird related items. Today we stopped by for ID tags. Several options were available for colors and sizes. It was easy to scan the item and plug in information. We then took them to the counter for payment. Lots of sales and clearance today. Also loved the row of dog biscuit / cookie treats. Friendly service and even customers who are there with their dogs. The store also had a cat roaming through!

My favorite part is the bakery cookies for the pups, I love picking out cute treats for special occasions and just because. I am also a fan of their self service dog washing stations. They have been a life saver after muddy hikes. The wash stations are fully stocked with shampoos, conditioners, ear cleaners, cleaned brushes, aprons, dryers, and towels which makes bath times easy. The Preston Hwy location has the best set up for the baths in my option. Lastly, their home delivery service is THE BEST. I literally placed an order in the morning and it was delivered to my doorstep the very same afternoon. Delivery was free and I didn't have to carry two 50lbs of dog food in and out of my trunk. Typically delivery is next day in my past experiences, but still very fast. I would definitely recommend shopping at Feeders over big name pet stores and online options. And if you sign up for their newsletters you get special deals too.

When my husband picked up our babies, they gave him the two very excited puppies and told him to go to the front to pay. Which is ridiculous when you have dogs that just got groomed. Needless to say, he was unable to check the grooming before leaving the store. When they got home I noticed that the length was not what I requested, nor did she clean and pluck the ears. So I texted Jenny right away and asked her to trim her again and pluck her ears. We made an appointment for a few days later. She cancelled that appt, so we rescheduled for the next day. The morning of the rescheduled appt, she reached out and said she would not pluck the ears because it hurts the dog and that we should have told her before we left the store that there were issues. Pretty much refusing to live up to the grooming we had asked and paid her to do. I then told her we wouldn't be letting her groom the babies again because she doesn't know what she's doing. These babies are 10 and 6 years old and I've never had a groomer refuse to do as we asked. I called Jenny's boss, Jamie on several occasions, only getting her voicemail and leaving a message. Absolutely no calls back after three weeks. Needless to say, we had to take our one double coated Poodle to another groomer. They did an excellent job and were able to pluck her ears as we asked. Before writing this review, I tried to get the situation remedied. But it's obvious that Feeders doesn't care about their client base. It's a shame too, because we had used them a lot for food and supplies. That ends today. Do not waste your money on this place. They do not stand behind their services nor will they even talk to you about it.

The staff was so helpful and they made a fuss over our new kitten, Gus. Feeders offers engraved name tags. The store and pet wash is clean and well stocked. The price of the pet wash includes use of brushes, ear cleaner, a variety of shampoos and conditioners, towels, and pet fresh spray. I do think the pet wash could use an update because the doors to most of the bath bays are broken and only one of the bays still has the ties to keep the pet in place, I've also been to other locations where they had bays that were easier to get bigger dogs in and out of.

This is my go-to place for pet supplies. Today, I bought a container of "Ethan treats". Proceeds benefit the Kentucky Humane Society, and can only be found at Feeder's. Yet another reason to love Feeder's...they are charity minded. Edited: Now that he is finished pouting about the bath, Buster ate his Ethan treat and begged for more. I'll bet your dog would like them too. Keep in mind that these are only around for a limited time, so hurry on in and get yours. While you're at it, take a look around and see what else they have. You never know what new things are just waiting to be discovered.
