Can't be pulling a 7 month pregnant lady around! We did the 2 week on-leash program...drop off in the morning pick up in the afternoon. They give you a decent window of time in the AM and PM to drop off and pick up your pup so it's convenient for everyone. He was a little nervous on his first day but quickly warmed up to his trainer, Dakota. At the end of each week, you go in and are given a lesson going over what your dog has learned. Sit, lay, heel and place are just a few of the commands he learned. Our walks are MUCH calmer and we work on what he learned often. The staff is awesome, the place is clean and all in all I think it was worth the time and $ spent. They also have other programs depending what you're looking for.

Rich was so understanding and helpful in helping us find a Service Dog candidate that would meet my needs Better; we rescued a Newfoundland mix. We were at our wits end and about to surrender our pup back to the shelter we rescued him from. I'm telling you that 38 minutes saved our sanity and maybe even our pups life. We now have him enrolled in doggy day school and have a private lesson under our belt with another scheduled. We are so grateful for Duffy's and for the trainer Jana that we met yesterday. It means a lot to us that our dog is safe and treated well while also being dog the absolute fundamentals to being domesticated while simultaneously training US how to speak our dogs language. I'm mind blown by all of the patience and information provided by staff here and we have sincerely looked forward to each day he gets to attend "school". Before we began the training, our puppy was lovable but demanding and thought she was in charge of our whole family. Practically 90% of her behavior problems (like mouthing/biting, barking, jumping on people, pulling) are virtually gone in less than a day! The rest are already much improved and I'm sure those will continue to get better as we reinforce our expectations with her. Our home is a much more peaceful, enjoyable place and our pup definitely seems happier and less stressed now that we have set clear, consistent rules in a language that she can understand. I was taking my labradoodle for grooming for awhile. Always a different groomer. Took all day…read more but I'm not picky I just wanted to keep her comfortable Then they started hiring a student as their only groomer in the place. 45 minutes my dog was there 60# labradoodle. (They rescheduled 4 times saying overbooked they told me ...truth was they did not have a groomer). Groomer contacted me 45 minutes she bathed, dried and shaved my 60# dog like a sheep and told me she needs to go to vet immediately. I picked her up and went In yelling. "What the hell happened". They brought Maggie out her ear lobes bleeding saying she shook her head. I said NO What do I owe you. They said. Nothing since there is an issue and here is where you can take her. Since it was weekend I couldn't find any affordable. 245$ later. I walked out of the vet With steroids and antibiotics and directions to keep her ears (lobes) covered. I asked them "you covering any vet bills on this... they let go of the grooming student. Who claimed to have her own business inside her home. They claimed no responsibility
