Can't be pulling a 7 month pregnant lady around! We did the 2 week on-leash program...drop off in the morning pick up in the afternoon. They give you a decent window of time in the AM and PM to drop off and pick up your pup so it's convenient for everyone. He was a little nervous on his first day but quickly warmed up to his trainer, Dakota. At the end of each week, you go in and are given a lesson going over what your dog has learned. Sit, lay, heel and place are just a few of the commands he learned. Our walks are MUCH calmer and we work on what he learned often. The staff is awesome, the place is clean and all in all I think it was worth the time and $ spent. They also have other programs depending what you're looking for.

Rich was so understanding and helpful in helping us find a Service Dog candidate that would meet my needs Better; we rescued a Newfoundland mix. Before we began the training, our puppy was lovable but demanding and thought she was in charge of our whole family. Practically 90% of her behavior problems (like mouthing/biting, barking, jumping on people, pulling) are virtually gone in less than a day! The rest are already much improved and I'm sure those will continue to get better as we reinforce our expectations with her. Our home is a much more peaceful, enjoyable place and our pup definitely seems happier and less stressed now that we have set clear, consistent rules in a language that she can understand. We were at our wits end and about to surrender our pup back to the shelter we rescued him from. I'm telling you that 38 minutes saved our sanity and maybe even our pups life. We now have him enrolled in doggy day school and have a private lesson under our belt with another scheduled. We are so grateful for Duffy's and for the trainer Jana that we met yesterday.
