Wonderful local health mart with a little bit of everything. Feel rite has been around forever and always has just what you need when looking for something holistic/ natural/ organic. The staff seems to use the products in the store and live with a more natural approach to things. I find they are always willing to help and make suggestions. They have a lot of health and beauty products, vitamins, CBD, food, spices, etc. it's great to be able to see the products in store and be able to ask real people for advice. I found that the prices are usually similar to what you find on amazon so they are competitive. I have enjoyed their CBD oil and pain creams. These products are a little more expensive but work like a charm and are all natural. I also come for Himalaya Boutique Complete Care toothpaste which is a wonderful alternative to big name brands with a lot of chemicals. Most recently I was gifted an organic orange from Feel Rite and it was the most delicious and most perfect orange anyone could dream of. I need to make a point to buy more fresh organic food here instead of the grocery store. The staff is wearing masks and all customers need to be as well. The store is clean and felt safe to shop in. Find coupons in the local clipper and take advantage of their frequent shopper punch card to save a few bucks. read more

I went into the store to look for some oils. I walked around for about 10 minutes and not one associate approached me. They where to busy talking about who took the trash out the night before (oh & let me tell you they where pretty loud about it). When I finally found what I needed I went up to the counter ready to cash out. I went up to the girl she looked at me like "what do you want". I said are you open she said no (in a mean voice). I said to her you are really rude. So after waiting in line for 5 minutes another associate opened up her register. She apologized for waiting only. I will not go back there anymore. I will go back to Wegman's or Tops or buy on line. Very rude & loud associates. I want to write something else but I'm going to be professional about what I write on yelp. read more

I like to come shop here because they have so many choices for vegan and vegetarian people as well as locally sourced meats yogurts cheeses and produce. It's tiny but there's a lot in there. The only downsides is they often change products so sometimes if you get used to a certain protein powder or shampoo it will suddenly not be carried, and then they often have expired product on the shelf. Always check the dates! Prices are about average for a health food store, today I bought vegan cheese shreds, 2 thick vegan cookies, and some corn flax chips for 11 dollars. I also get there charcoal toothpaste and kombucha. I know some similar products can be found at wegmans for equal price or cheaper, but this place is just convenient for me and I like the atmosphere. read more

I have never had a negative experience here - I purchase all my vitamins here and have for years-staff are always knowledgeable, cheerful and helpful and if they don't know something, they figure it out! Last night was especially noteworthy and I am still blown away by the kindness, sincerity and knowledge of the staff- specifically Becca, Judy and Mary! My chihuahua had a strange rash after staying at the new Resorts Boarding in the village, plus a bleeding sore in his armpit, and red mark on head. After calling the Village Vet, and the Boarding who offered no advice or openings, I called Feel Rite. They had several suggestions. I went in and purchased two natural products and our pup is already better. Sometimes it's not the answer that helps as much as the kindness and support that you need when you are upset and scared. I've been going to this store for over 20 years. (When they used to have green stamps and booklets) I had a bad experience, and instead of attempting to resolve the matter the staff were insensitive and rude. Upsetting. read more

I've been shopping here for some time now and after my experiences shopping at Feel Rite, this is what I have to say: I love this place. I love the customer service and I love the high frequency food I get from here. After reading the 2 not so positive reviews left, I was a bit confused.. this place is awesome. Especially if you want REAL organic food. Not that crap that the corporate grocery stores slap an organic label on that everyone goes nuts over. Everyone whom I've had the pleasure of having a conversation with that works at this fine establishment was very knowledgeable, kind, and had a smile on their face. We get back what we put out into this world. All the fruit and veg is true organic fuel for your body provided by some local farms and others around the word (labeled). If holistic health is what you're after, don't shop at those corporate grocery stores that don't really care about their customers or the product their selling... instead shop local and give this place a shot. Stop being so concerned about price when it comes to the fuel you're putting in your body. Cheap isn't quality and quality isn't cheap. You're paying for what you get. I just want to extend my gratitude to God for placing a fine establishment like this near me. Thank you P.S. - Save money on the water you buy. Highest quality water I've ever found at a grocery store. There's a self serving water dispenser in the back of the store filled with an endless supply of purified revers osmosis water. I rarely use this store anymore, as everything I need is usually at Wegmans or Amazon much cheaper. Just thought I would stop in today for convenience. Was picking up Nutritional Yeast. They had Bobs Red Mill brand for $11.49!! When I asked if they would meet Wegman's price of $8.49, they said no. I no longer will visit this store.....Wegman's isn't that far down the road! My holistic doctor sent me home with a list of foods that she recommended I incorporate into my diet . I was going to wait and go to Wegmans with my normal grocery shopping but saw Feel Rite and thought I'd try them out. They had everything that I was looking for: flax seed, alfalfa tea, plus I got organic bananas, flourless tortillas...They have a whole aisle of supplements, too. Inventory is never consistent, if I like a product there, rarely does it remain in stock for long. Customer service varies greatly due to the astronomical turnover rate where I see a new employees every time I return. Prices are either reasonable or through the roof . Good luck receiving special orders, with my experience there, they might as well just drop it in the trash can in front of your face. In recent months with a change in management inventory has been steered further away from healthy products in exchange for off brand dinner meals.Produce selection is decent however. Went in looking for a shake similar to shakelogy. Tried asking 2 associates for help whom didn't acknowledge us and kept walking. Finally when we go their attention they looked at us like we were stupid and were of no help. As I continue looking at the shakes one lady starts talking to another employee about us as I'm standing right there. I will never step foot in another one of there stores. Recently I found this store and I'm in love. I found it on Friday and it is now Monday. Friday night I purchased $300 worth of items (mainly essential oils). That night when I got home I realized a lullaby oil (16.00) was missing along with a birch oil (5.00). I didn't think anything of it. Called, then drove the 25min the following day, Saturday. I purchased another $100 worth of items but, Nobody could do anything for me even though the girl that cashed me out the previous night was there. She said an assistant manager would be there the following day, Sunday. I waited until Monday for the actual manager to be in (I was told she would be there when it opens) and drove back. At 10am (Monday) once again no manager. I was told she would be arriving at 11. I walked around and shopped some more (FOR OVER AN HOUR) finally at 1115 I asked where the manager was. They didn't know, maybe they weren't coming in. I made yet another purchase and left my number. I drove back and still NO CALL! read more
