    Mocha after grooming

I appreciate Whitney and her team because I see that she loves her work and she loves dogs. She is the best groomer Mocha has had in her entire 6 years. She cuts her perfectly and always returns her so cute. Additionally, I know Mocha is well taken care of when she is there. Thank you so much Whitney and team!

An amazing job on my Border Aussie. Sometimes after the groomers Shiloh is terrified, but when I picked him up he didn't give me any of the scared vibes. Picked him up and he was all tail wags. Will def be back and recommend!

Great experience. My puppy was beautiful. He was definitely a little cocky those first few days after his grooming. He knew he looked good!

Whitney did an amazing job with my baby (Cavachon). This was her first experience with a groomer and Whitney was patient and kind. I love her cut and my baby seems happy too! We discussed future care and that meant a lot to me, as her coat is an interesting texture. I will definitely bring her back and recommending her to others!

After a Dec 21 2021 visit to Whitney's Wittle Wonders LLC, My (Leo) 8 month old puppy's genital area was inflamed. It looked awful, like someone almost cut his genitals off with the clippers. Upon noticing the next morning, I reached out to Whitney to discuss what happened. I did not blame anyone for anything, nor was I rude or disrespectful in my approach. I understand things happen, I just wanted to know what happened and why I was not notified of any incidents or follow up care needed. Anyway, I spoke to Whitney and we agreed that I would take Leo to the vet and Whitney's Wittle Wonders LLC would take care of the vet bill. So fast forward to the day after the vet visit, which was only cost $83. Not only did Whitney (The Owner) attempt to go back on her word of paying Leo's ($83) vet bill but she also wrote me a text message that she will no longer accept Leo as a client due to a mistake made by WHITNEY'S WITTLE WONDERS LLC. Whitney stated that "My business only accepts clients that understand I only aim for quality care for every single dog and if and incident occurs it was not done intentionally." So rather than taking responsibility/owning the issue and moving forward, Whitney (The owner) has acted in a rather unprofessional and unethical manner. As a Black female customer, who searched for a Minority Owned Grooming Business and intentionally supported Whitney since my puppy was born/able to be groomed, I am offended and hurt by Whitney's response to this concern. The vet bill is not the problem (as that will be handled accordingly). It is just saddening that this is the way Minority Owned Business's operate. I refrained from writing a review at the start of this concern, with the intention of resolving it between Whitney and I . After the text message I received this morning, I feel as if other pet owners should be informed and aware of how health concerns will be handled by Whitney's Wittle Wonders, LLC, should a concern arise. In my opinion, Whitney (The Owner) has no business sense. SUCCESSFUL business owners (as I am one myself and know plenty of CONSISTENTLY successful business owners) don't sacrifice a consistent/loyal customer for an $83 mistake that THEIR company made. A professional would have worked through the problem with the customer. My intention was to work through this problem with Whitney. However, Whitney has recently began to expand her business and purchased a new shop. This was only our first visit to her new shop. I previously brought Leo to her home to be groomed. Whitney's behavior is typical of when a small buisness begins to expand. The business owner gets arrogant, uncaring, and the customer service suffers. Honestly, I believe that Whitney took this incident and my concern personal, which she should not have. I believe this is why she addressed the concern unprofessionally, unethically, and after Christmas I will have information on whether her offering a 50% vet payment for an issue Whitney's Wittle Wonders LLC, 100% caused, is legal or not. This concern should not have been taken personally. I think any pet parent would have been concerned about their 8month old puppy in pain, two days before Christmas. Thanks very much!

My fur baby is the one with the bandana. He also got along very well with her dogs. We think they are cousins

Let me just preface with I have a dog who has very high anxiety and only get worse as he gets older. Needless to say, it's been a struggle trying to find a groomer that I completely trust with him, that is patient and skilled to groom him how I like. He went to Petsmart to the same groomer for almost 8 yrs until she decided she could no longer groom him. After about a year or so of trying different groomers, my sister suggested I try Whitney. My dogs first appt was this week and I couldn't be more happy. She was in constant communication with updates, assuring me he was okay and took pics of him to show proof. You can truly tell Whitney loves and is passionate about what she does. I couldn't be more happy and think I finally found a new groomer. Check her our for yourself- You won't be disappointed.

He's a doodle and had some matting and she was able to shave just where he was matted and leave everything else fairly long (like I asked). Typically when I pick him up from other groomers, he is completely shaved from being matted but not here. He is so soft and fluffy. I also love that they are a stay and play!! So you can drop your dog off at any point, and pick them up at any point during business hours. No late fees, no extra charges!!! I love this- I always hate planning my day around when my dog is going to be ready at other groomers. It seemed like the dogs were just wandering around the grooming area and there was a little area for strictly playing, but it's not like they take them to a separate room or outside, but I still love how they socialize and aren't caged!! It was pricy- at other groomers I have paid $80-$90 for a groom and here it was $105, but that also includes getting to play and socialize for as long as you need, so I think it's worth it!! I will note, they charge a 4% credit card fee if you use one. But they don't if you Venmo or pay cash. We will definitely be back!

I was sad to leave them but knew my pup needed an excellent groomer in our area. I looked up a few places online, looked up Yelp reviews, and even sent a quote request. My research led me to Bubbly Paws. When we arrived on our first visit, I was impressed by the facility's cleanliness and the owner's warmth. They give you progress updates throughout the groom and reach out to you 30 minutes before the groom's end so you can make your way for pick-up. This was huge for me as my dog is a free roamer, and I like to minimize the time he spends crated as he gets anxious. The nice thing is that at the end of the appointment, you get to converse with the groomer directly, and they talk to you about how things went and give any tips. Corie is a WONDERFUL groomer with keen attention to detail. I remember our first groom; she was critical of her work on his ears. They looked perfect, and I was so impressed with the groom and how adorable he looked I couldn't tell what she was worried about. But I appreciated her being critical of her work and wanting to improve. I can tell that my dog loves spending time with her and always seems at ease on pick-up. The one warning I will give has more to do with corporate Bubbly Paws instead of the local store. They have a strict late policy in place. If you are more than 10 minutes late and haven't called, you will be charged the FULL amount of the groom and have to pay for another session. If something comes up, let them know ASAP to avoid this. If you have a large dog that you cannot bathe in the sink or your tub, they have self-service grooming stations that are always clean and equipped with products to help you keep your pup clean.

Absolutely Horrible Experience. Do Not Take Your Dog Here!…read more We took our puppy to Modern Pet Salon for the first time because we heard they use scissors instead of clippers, which we thought would be gentler. It turned out to be a terrible mistake. We specifically asked them multiple times not to cut too much of her hair, especially since she doesn't like it, but they insisted she had too many tangles and needed a full trim. Not only did they ignore our request, but they cut our puppy twice, both on her ears--areas where there was no tangled hair at all. They even called us during the appointment to say she was bleeding. Later, they claimed it was because she had an ear hematoma and that they had just trimmed it. That was a complete lie. We took her to the vet, who confirmed that the injury was a fresh cut from grooming and not from any medical condition. She did not have a hematoma. They hurt her, and then tried to cover it up. They also asked us to use an old sock to cover the wound, which felt incredibly unprofessional and careless. Since then, our puppy has been extremely uncomfortable. She keeps shaking her head, clearly bothered by her ears, and she has been very sad and withdrawn. This is the first and only time something like this has ever happened to her. I'm beyond disappointed. Not only should they have never charged us for this awful experience, but they should not be handling dogs, especially sensitive breeds like doodles, if they can't do so safely and honestly. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Please protect your pet and take them somewhere else.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating our special request for early pickup. Everything was fine for that visit. The second visit was from a Saturday through Tuesday. We were a little leary of letting our dog join the playtime because we were concerned about large dogs being mixed in with the smaller dogs. But we let them include her in the regular playtimes. When we checked on the cameras, our dog either sat by the attendant or over by a wall away from the other dogs. I don't think she enjoyed the playtime at all. There was one larger dog on camera that looked like it was sort of bullying the other smaller dogs & the attendant did nothing that we could see to correct that situation. After we got her back home, she seemed out of sorts & very skittish for several days. She also had some potty issues after getting back home, and we think she may have gotten slightly dehydrated while she was there.
