I then asked the person at the front how long would the service be and her response was "we are slammed today so if you're in a hurry today's not the day" (I later found out this person was the owner ‍) but the worst experience was when I picked my dog up and mid way on our last idea home i saw blood on my back seats. I pulled over and saw his paw pad had been injured and they failed to let me know. I can tell they tried to stop the bleeding because it was chalky. Needless to say I got a full refund but very upset about the lack of communication and honesty.

They pull the mobile van right up on your driveway and plug in for all needed services. Baths and clippings and combings - all taken care of in the dog's comfort zone at home. This service is changing my life and I would recommend it. In fact, half of my neighborhood uses Anything's Pawsable, and I have discriminating neighbors! I knew if this service was good enough for the other sweet dogs in the hood, it would certainly be good enough for my two!

They are a boutique grooming studio in South End. Booking an appointment online was quick and easy. When I arrived for my appointment, Nikki was ready to take Miles. We did a quick consult for what he needed and then she was off to do her thing. I picked up Miles an hour later and he looked so good and he smelled so good. Nikki did a great job with his hair cut and also getting him acclimated to grooming since he's a puppy and had never experienced grooming before. Nikki was very loving with Miles. I'm highly satisfied with their service and with his bath and cut. They are definitely going to be my permanent groomers. Also they have a store front and they do mobile grooming for an additional fee.

I finally learned and now schedule our next appointment when we pick her up. It always works out well to drop her off and run errands because she is usually there about an hour and a half or so. Sometimes longer when they are really busy. They do have an area when you can do everything yourself with your pet but we have never used it. Every time we pick her up, she is wearing a sweet little bandana and is so happy! Since it is conveniently located inside Carolina Pet Pantry, you can get all your pet supplies ( good, toys, treats,etc) while you are there!

New to the Charlotte area - I was having a hard time finding a groomer for my terrier mix dog…read more Growing up on a horse farm with not only horses but dogs and cats, I have a certain standard on what I find acceptable for someone to care for my pet. I decided to read reviews on Yelp and found Lotuspaw. Not a lot of reviews but what I saw seemed like it was a good place. After speaking with Kat I decided to bring my dog to have him groomed. I mentioned on the phone he was large dog aggressive because of a near attack by pit bull last summer. It is something we are working on with him but it is an issue. I was told to bring his vet records and I had him in the vet before we moved in NY and he was given every shot he needed to be licensed in both NY and NC. When I pulled in I was surprised it was kennel. Several large dogs were grouped together behind a chain link fenced - no grass just black top. I went into a side door and was greeted by an overwhelming stench of dog urine. It was filthy dirty! A pleasant young man came out to greet me and told me I could sit down and wait for the groomers to come in (I was 10 minutes early for my appointment). I told him I would be more comfortable waiting with my dog in my car. I really should have left and never came back after that moment - and seeing how dirty it was - but I didn't. I went to car and waited. A man named came to my window and said he was the owner/groomer and they were ready to meet with us. I got out of the car with the dog and Chris introduced himself began to be critical of how I was handling my dog. My dog was leading me - I fully admit it. He was pulling on the leash - bad habit I know. But to have someone I am ready to hand my dog over to criticize me put me immediately on the defense. When we walked in he led us back to a grooming room which was horribly dirty. I was trying to explain to him my dog was aggressive towards large dogs and he began to tell me how it was my fault he was that way. I am sure he was right - but again - by putting me on the defense Chris wasn't in your best interest. Chris began playing with my dog and then told me he looked healthy. Well of course he is healthy! I am a responsible pet owner - just because my dog pulled the leash because it was raining out doesn't mean my dog isn't take care of. He then asked me for our vet files to check for rabies, etc. He looked through the paper and asked if Buddy had a 'dog flu' shot - I had never heard of that and being a kennel he would need that - jackpot my excuse to get the heck out of there. I was never told this before I came in and quite frankly I was fine with it. I had decided I wasn't going to leave him there. I didn't trust this man and his business was dirty. My dog is seven years old - I have taken him to large grooming centers (Pet Smart) and small salons in NY and NC and never have seen a place so dirty. Even the groomers looked sloppy and dirty with in their uniforms. After I left I received a phone call from Chris telling me I was welcome back and he felt we could have a working relationship. I told him I felt my time was wasted because no one told me about that shot and I had brought my dog to other groomers in NC and never once was it mentioned. But I am glad it happened -because it gave me a polite out never to return to that filthy place again!

We told this…read moregroomer not to cut too much of his hair ,that he just needs a trim, nails and a bath. 10 hours later we picked up our dog shaved down to his skin, couldn't even recognize him. The only hair that was not cut is the tip of his tail which made him look ridiculous. She didn't even do the shave right, leaving longer and shorter splotches of hair all over the place. My daughter was picking up our dog and this "groomer" tried to convince her that he looks good. Even if he does look good(which he doesn't) I left specific instructions which she decided not to follow. He looks like he ran under a lawnmower. Never trimmed the hair between his toes. Didn't smell like he had a bath, and one of his nails was cut too short so he was bleeding all over the place. I don't even know what to say. What a nightmare.....Also Dude came home with a huge scrape on his ballsack.
