This company is IMPOSSIBLE to reach!!! They were assigned as my service vendor through Samsung customer service. I reached out to them once and they told me they would call me right back........ Since then the phone number just continuously rings until you get disconnected. I reached back out to Samsung and they had the same issue so they cancelled the ticket and assigned another vendor but it took 3 days of waiting for them to be unreachable because they are allotted 48 hours to set up an appointment time...... If Samsung assigns them request another company IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! After they were assigned and I read the current reviews I should have known it would go down hill fast! My home warranty set up an appointment with Feeney Brothers for a dryer repair. The automated appointment time did not work for me and I tried relentlessly to reschedule. This company does not answer the phone, does not return calls and some phone numbers I found associated with this business, don't work at all. I tried to contact them for a week, daily. I had to resort to calling my home warranty and cancelling the appointment and requesting a new contractor only delaying my repair further. Very unprofessional and very unreliable. We were assigned Feeney Brothers to complete some warranty repair on our Maytag dishwasher. It started off well, with an appointment time within a few days. That is when it all started to go downhill. There was no communication received as to the status of the repair and even when an appointment is made, there is no follow-through. The repairman said he would be here at 8:30 am on Thursday and here it is 4 pm on Saturday and still no word from them. After reaching out to the warranty people he claims that there are no parts available (Even though he told us that he had the part just it was white instead of silver)....If you are ever offered to do business with this company don't walk RUN as far and as fast as you can. read more

Run! Don't walk from this company. Paid $110.00 for a service call which was set up through Samsung. Feeney could not repair my dryer on the first visit. After numerous phone calls, emails, and cancelled work order tickets with Samsung, it is now a month later and I still don't have my dryer fixed. I rent part of my house to a mother with a paralyzed adult child that is bedridden. So you can imagine that she goes through an awful lot of bedding and a dryer is necessary. Shame on you Feeney Brothers for not completing my job. I must have created 8 work order tickets with Samsung and Victor Feeney would cancel them, but blame it on Samsung. I finally had to go buy another dryer to accommodate my renter. Don't be in business if you don't want to complete your jobs and take pride in what you do for a living. read more

I've been scheduled every Thursday for over a month, still haven't seen anyone. Said they called multiple times and no one answered, had my phone on me all day, no missed calls....I finally told them to forget it, and I've called someone else. The customer service sucks, and offer no resolution to the problem. If this is the best service center Samsung has to offer, they really should cut their ties! DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY! They were assigned by Samsung for my repair. They never called to set up an appointment. When Samsung called them, Victor lied to Samsung and said they had scheduled an appointment. When I called to inquire about this appointment Victor was rude and unprofessional and told me he didn't have time to deal with me and to take it up with Samsung. A few days later Samsung conference called with me and spoke to Victor and he was sweet and nice and denied the first conversation and scheduled the appointment. On the day of the appointment I waited at home all day and mid-afternoon I call Victor. He said he didn't have me down for an appointment, then told me Samsung canceled the appointment. When I questioned him and reminded him of the previous conversation where he said he would order the part in advance and call me ahead of time, he cursed at me and hung up the phone. read more

I don't even Believe they deserve that one star. This company is horrible. We had an appointment scheduled for 7/3/17 to hopefully fix our dishwasher. It's under warranty and this is the company the store we bought from uses. We were told they usually give a 4 hour window, and in our case that would have been 8-12 but they said it would be by 9am. By noon nobody showed up so I called. They aren't sure why nobody came so they rescheduled me for 2pm. 2:45 rolls around and still nobody. They called back and said he was on his way. Finally showed up at 3:20 pm. 6+ hours after when they told me to expect them. The part had to be ordered so they scheduled to come back 7/7/17 and said first thing, 8am, since had to wait so long before. Well 10:30 came and nobody showed. When I called to find out what was going on, and they told me the part wasn't in and they weren't coming.. not even a call to tell me. Terrible right? Well it got worse today. Hey we're supposed t be here today, 7/10/17 with the part. And after everything, they said right at 8am today. So of course 8 comes and goes. I called at 8:45 to find out.. take a guess...any old guess.. THEY AREN'T COMING TODAY EITHER! Apparently someone quit so they rescheduled me. To start, they didn't tell me they weren't coming, and they didn't ask if the rescheduled day was ok for my schedule. Nothing about this company has been good and I'm fed up. read more

REPAIR man came via Lowes service warranty to fix my washing machine which had been intermitedly leaking/flooding for 7 months. This will have been the third service call for the same problem. Service repairman Insisted the problem was simply a loose connection in the drain hose and he said he fixed it and took a before and after video on his iPhone. I mentioned Lowes thought it was a sensor but he insisted it couldn't be. One would think if the drain hose was not attached properly the leakage would occur consistently. I pointed 'this out to him but hebonsisted it was the drain hose. Upon his leaving he told me to run a small load and call him if problem happened again, that he'd come right out to fix it again. It happened less than 5 min. After he left. HUGE flood directly into the basement. When we got in touch with him he was very hostile about returning to fix the problem....as if it was my fault it was again doing the same problem we called him in to repair. It was such a bizarre reaction. He was here for about 10 min., not nearly enough time to do the full test load he claimed he performed. A terrible and frustrating experience. read more

I was set up with Feeney Brothers through my home warranty company. I sent in a request for my dishwasher on Dec 2, 2015. They came out that week to look at it. They "diagnosed" the problem and had a part shipped to my house. This took a couple of weeks to receive. They told me to call when it came in, I did, left several messages, with no response. I finally called the warranty company and magically Feeney Brothers called me back. When I spoke to Victor, he told me that they tried to set up appointments with me, but I kept canceling them because I was out of town. Um... Nope, that wasn't me. By this point, it's March and they finally come out to put the part in. They told me to run it for a few days to see if the problem is fixed. Nope, dishwasher is still not cleaning. I call them back. Victor set up a time with me, I cancel my appointments I have for that day....and Victor DOES NOT SHOW UP. I call him to see what's going on. Another excuse and we set up another day. He comes out, I pretty much tell him what is wrong with the dishwasher, he agrees and says he'll order the part. No word from him in the coming days...weeks...so I call him. He claims he's still waiting to hear from the warranty company. I call again a week later. He says that he "meant to call me to let me know that the warranty company denied the part". So, I call the warranty company. They tell me that they didn't deny anything. They had to close out my claim because Feeney Brothers said that they were unable to come out to my house because I kept canceling our appointments because of all of the remodeling I was doing to the house. Blatant lie. First off, I work from home, so I'm pretty much always available. Secondly, there is not a single thing that has been remodeled in the home since we've lived here. I'm not sure if they're having staffing issues or they're overwhelmed with work, but they need to get it together. Perhaps some people in the company should take a step back and they should hire more techs to accommodate their customer's needs. There are only so many excuses you can make. If you're unable to fulfill requests, fine, I would understand, but tell me. I'm not one to usually write reviews, but there's nothing more that I hate than a liar. Luckily, the warranty company is sending another company out to fix the problem at no charge to me. Too bad it's now June. Sorry Feeney Brothers, you had HALF A YEAR to do your job. read more

I was refer to Feeney by my warranty company for a dryer issue. At first I thought the issue was going to be taken care in a timely fashion since the service tech Victor came out the following day. Then a week goes by with no follow up phone call. I had left several messages with the company trying to figure out why no one has followed back up with me. I would say after the 5th attempt I finally decided to call my home warranty department to express the lack of service that I had received. The following day I got a phone call from Elizabeth stating that they has an appointment available later on in the week. I had chosen the time frame and the guy shows up at my house 5 hours earlier then schedule. I had a relative coming over to sit at my house during the time frame that I was told the tech would show up since I was at work. So when I got home and listen to my message I called back to make sure the tech was going to come back and was told he was overbooked. I was told he was booked until 7pm. I do not understand why this would happen and how someone from the company could not call me or the my relative that was at the house waiting that the tech was running behind or to see if there was a different day that they could come. read more
