My icemaker had been on the fritz for some time, so finallym a few months ago I called GP Express. Why it took me so long to call I haven't a clue. Rob came out and fixed it better than new for a very reasonable price. He was congenial, pleasant and efficient. We were very happy with the results. Then, a few days ago, the water wouldn't fill into the machine. I called Rob again. He came out and jumped right on it. He practically had to take the freezer apart, but he found the problem. I highly recommend GP express for all your appliance needs. My washing machine the start sensor was not working. Called GP express to come and check it out for me and he stated I would need a new control panel for the start sensor. Thought it was going to cost me thousands but ended up pay a lot less. $500 ish. My barely-out-of-warranty Samsung dishwasher indicated it had a leak, and I spent all morning calling repair places that either didn't do dishwashers, didn't do Samsung, or were booked out for a week or more. Finally started calling further afield, and got an appointment with GP Express. Robert pulled the dishwasher and confirmed that there was a leak, but the source wasn't obvious. He'd done research ahead on time on my specific model and found that there was a known manufacturing defect causing slow leaks with a repair kit released this summer. He has ordered the leak kit, but recommended going ahead to schedule through Samsung because their in-network folks will probably get the kit in faster than his supplier. Then he didn't charge us for the service call, because he hadn't actually been able to fix anything. How many places these days do their research in advance, then prioritize getting you fixed over getting your money? I don't (yet) have a fixed dishwasher, but I do now have a new person to call for any future appliance issues. Integrity is everything. read more

We needed someone to repair the hinge on our oven door. After calling around to a few places with no luck, I reached out to GP Express Appliance Repair. Its been difficult finding a quality service that does not charge you a ton of money to troubleshoot appliances. GP Express did a nice job with my 10 year old Samsung Washer. I looked up the code and viewed a few youtube videos to know what the code was and what part may be needed. Rob was professional, friendly and informative. He also made some suggestions for my Samsung fridge (pssst... don't by them!) . I will definitely use them again for all my appliance repairs! read more

I submitted my clothes dryer problem to three different repair places. I received two answers within a few minutes. One asked me to call after they opened at 9 and the other one called me from GP Express Appliance Repair. He asked for the model number of my dryer to see if he had the part. I was blown away when he said he would be at my house after his first call. I had prepared myself I most likely would have to wait a few days before any repair place would come out. He and his business partner worked quickly and repaired my dryer and also took a look at my washer and will send me an estimate to fix it in the future as it's working now but eventually need repaired. I absolutely will call them back out and 100% recommend such a quick responsive repairman. I was hoping I wouldn't have to go to the dreaded laundromat. Thank you so much. read more
