They replaced 8 windows for us, it took several months for the windows to be built, but they were installed in a day. One of the windows has an air leak, my husband has called multiple times to complain, but the managers are always in a meeting and no one ever calls back. They bragged about how high their customer satisfaction ratings are, but we were too dumb to check for ourselves. The leaky window is in our bedroom, next to my side of the bed. Got a call the next day to reschedule for the following week. Then the installers showed up late and left after 2 hours of work. The next day the same thing happened. Not happy at all. Horrible communication between customer, Feldco and their lame contractor. Feldco has zero control over the circus. I am having siding done. I could have built the house in the amount of time this is taking. problems with the days they work. sometimes there sometimes not and then only one guy. you can't speak to him because he doesn't speak English. you try to contact Feldco and no one calls back. I got the general manager once and was encouraged at first , then he decided that the contractor was in charge and they couldn't tell them when they should work or how big crews should be. I regret having them go this project. they're happy to take your money, but don't complain or expect anyone to keep you informed. there is much more to this than I can type here, just trust me and go somewhere else. Bought 2 replacement windows and am happy with them. However, the subcontracted installers didn't insulate them. 1/5/25 Initial call: "Yeah, we've been having some trouble with some of our installers. For 129.00 I can get you on the schedule and have them looked at. 1/15/25: Technician confirms the windows are not insulated and apologizes (he was the ONLY one that apologized) and says he'll get the supplies ordered and someone will call you in about 3 weeks to schedule the service. 2/6/25: I call to ask for an update, and I'm told that scheduling isn't available. They will call me. 2/24/25: I call AGAIN to ask what the holdup is. I'm told the supplies are in and that the technician has picked them up. She'll call me back tomorrow once she's spoken with the technician and then I will get an appointment. Never again!!! read more

Very disappointed with the customers service. I wish I would have read the reviews on the BBB before hiring them for my windows. The communication was horrible. Almost all of my voicemails were never returned once the contract was signed. Paid a deposit but was charged the full amount of the windows before the project was completed. I was informed by a GM that I would not be charged the full amount before the job was completed but was anyway. There are several GM's there that tell you different things. I was basically lied too. The project was completed way later than the agreed timeline because of a mistake they made. The caulking job on the windows seemed very subpar and not clean. I would highly recommend NOT using this company. They do not care about their customers. read more

I chose this company because I was looking for a good experience. Unfortunately what I received has been exact opposite. Feldco sided my house September 2020. By October the first piece of siding had ripped off my front porch. A crew came in and fixed the piece by nailing directly through the front of it. Eventually I would find out the reason why they did that... the siding was installed wrong and had no crimp to attach the top row. Fast forward 9 months... the siding has ripped off the house in multiple locations. It has also buckled so bad off the house that the company agreed to redo the entire house. The only problem is, they are not getting back to me! Material was supposed to be ordered months ago. When I called for an update I found out that the project manager has switched department, and the material was not ordered. I was assured it would be ordered and I would hear back. Again, it has been just over two months and no word. Unfortunately the company seems like they are giving us no choice but to move forward with legal action. read more

The whole experience was just not what I expected. We invested quite a lot of money in new windows for our house, but throughout the whole process things just did not go well. I'm still disappointed and feel like there were so many errors. When our sales rep came out to sell the windows to us, he had us choose an exterior color and an interior color. We chose white interior and bronze exterior, which on the website looked like a nice dark (almost black) color. I don't think he actually showed us any color swatches, we already had our color in mind from the website. Well, we did not know, but there are actually TWO exterior colors to choose - the actual window and the metal capping around the windows. This is our first time replacing home windows. There were lots of opportunities to alert us to the fact we could choose two exterior colors, and that the bronze will not match (more on that further down). A couple days after we signed our contract our sales rep called us back said he erroneously entered 'white' as the exterior color as well, and could we do white. We said no, we can't (our house is a light tan color). He agreed to continue with bronze and eat the cost as it was his mistake. Ok. The day of installation was when we noticed the windows and the capping were totally different shades of brown. The windows are a chocolate brown and the capping is our original choice (almost black). It looks terrible. We were told the windows and the capping are sourced from totally different places and so the colors won't match (mind you this is after the windows are already installed and crew has left). If someone would have told us at any point leading up to that, we would have been able to select a second color and get what we imagined. Anyways, they are coming back out to replace the capping with a different color, but that's the color we liked. No other choice. No way to change the window color as that's installed into the house. It's a terrible chocolate brown color which doesn't really match anything. So they're trying to fix it but still disappointed. They also didn't use the complete lead protocol we paid for (our house was built before 1978), but they also didn't tell us they didn't use the complete lead protocol until I called to complain about the color of the windows, and I asked why they didn't use the plastic tarps and stuff. Then, they did agree to refund the amount we paid for the using the lead protection. They said the reason they didn't feel they needed to use the lead protection was that paint was not on skirting, but there was clearly paint everywhere on our windows, so I have no idea. If we paid for it, they should have done it. I won't be recommending their services. I expected a much different experience as I'd heard good things from other people. read more

We had windows installed in our old farmhouse on the front porch. We had replaced all the other windows in the house (and there are a lot) with wood double hung type to keep the character, but opted to go with vinyl for the front porch, since the price point was right. We were happy with the style and installation team was great-very clean and orderly. We then decided that our garage was needing an update. It was built when we bought the house 25 years ago and the wood siding was failing. We had vinyl installed and were also impressed with the speed and the care shown during installation. Everyone we have dealt with from Feldco, from the salesman to the installers and even the customer service reps have been really nice and very helpful. read more
