Had to complete new patient paperwork with call preferences to my cell phone. Saw the dr, was told that I had no copay (even though I know full well I have a $50 copay). Was told meds were called to the pharmacy. It took 6 phone calls, 2 days and 3 trips to the pharmacy to get the 2 meds I was supposed to get in the first place. Oh, and the office left a voicemail on my home number when I specifically asked for a call to my cell. A voicemail that was heard by 3 people. Violate my privacy much?? They push using their "secure patient portal" but can't follow simple instructions on making a phone call to the right number? Then today.. I got to speak with Karen, the most rude office manager I've ever had the displeasure to speak with. Her tone is nasty, her disposition is nasty. I also recently got a bill in the mail for $50 from my 2/25 appointment (where the front desk told me there was no copay, and acknowledged my annual visit scheduled for a week or 2 from that date). Karen insulted my intelligence by telling me in a rude manner that I should be aware that I have a copay. (Hello?! I am well aware and told your office person that, but she insisted that I didn't.) I'll be making $5 monthly payments on that $50 bill I got in the mail. Just for fun. Don't go to this office.
