They were completely upfront about the fact that it could take up to two days to even look at (other places mentioned up to 3 weeks!). They actually diagnosed it the next day, secured the part, fixed it in time for us to continue our trip! The price after repair was exactly what they quoted us. Excellent experience.

What should have been a straightforward matter turned into a two-month ordeal. The vehicle spent approximately two weeks in service, and when it was returned, none of the promised work had been completed. I had to return the vehicle again and spend the next several weeks trying to get the dealership to honor the commitments it had made at the time of purchase. My sales associate, Roberd McClelland, had left the dealership by then, so I was referred to General Manager Zachary Perry. Despite several calls to the general manager, my calls were not returned. Ultimately, the repairs I was promised on May 29 were not completed until July 31, more than two months after I purchased the vehicle. The experience became even more frustrating when I accidentally left my new Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra in the vehicle. Service Supervisor Kevin Krunk told me that my phone had been secured in a safe. After multiple unanswered calls, I was eventually told the dealership could not find it and was not responsible for it. When I spoke with Zachary Perry, I felt as though I was being treated like I wasn't telling the truth about leaving the phone there. After I continued to insist that it was in their possession, the phone was ultimately located and returned to me. To be fair, David Haze was helpful and professional and ultimately made sure the vehicle repairs were completed. I appreciate his efforts. Unfortunately, my overall experience was defined by broken written commitments, a two-month delay in completing promised repairs, poor communication, and a lack of accountability from management. I expected much more from a brand-new dealership and from the Feldman name. A customer shouldn't have to spend two months chasing a dealership to fulfill promises that were made in writing at the time of purchase.

I should of read the reviews before i bought my truck, or had it serviced at hines park New Hudson…read more i called to get my truck in for service while it was under 36000, but it took litterly 7 calls to the service dept before anyone awnsered the phone. not a great start! After finally talking to brett provenzale my service adviser, he applogized saying they were short staffed that day. made an appt which took 2 weeks to get it in there and mean while the truck is now over the 36000. I am told that since i am now out of warrenty that the repairs will cost me over 2k. A 2024 f350 deisel that cost around a 100k should not need ball joints at 30k miles. Built ford tough my ass! After waiting to get it in for 2 weeks i drop it off and was told it would be ready the next day. called the next day and got noboby awnsering the phone in service. called again still no awnser. finally i get a text saying they will not have my parts till friday at 2 and will not be done by end of day friday. so day 6 of them having my truck when i made an appt and once again nobody can be reached in service. after the 3rd call i just drove the 30 minutes there. walked in and there was 3 advisors there who could not be bothered to awnser the phone. at this point it has been a week and my truck is still sitting in the same parking spot not moved from where it was a week ago. Brett said he would go check on it, he came back and said that it would not be ready for another 2 days. Now here we are 2 days later and i called at 4pm since i had not heard anything, and again get voicemail. called back 30 mins later and samething! so the 3 call i explained to the lady who was transfering my call that nobody was picking up. she tracked someone down who said sorry brett is sick and he will call you tommrow. to me that was 100% unacceptable awnser, so he went in the back to check and said its being worked on now. what was the point of making an appt if they take 9 days (could be more since i do not have it back yet) to replace balljoints? I have a fleet of 13 fords and actually have/had an appt for tommrow to have another one serviced there but i will not be taking it to them. IF YOU WANT ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A DEALERSHIP WHO COULD CARE LESS HINES PARK FORD IS YOUR PLACE!!!!

586 Tint Factory will always get my business for every vehicle I own…read more Sean and his entire team provide the kind of customer service that is hard to find. When I first reached out online, I was unsure what type of tint I wanted and whether I wanted to go as dark as 5%. Instead of pressuring me into anything, Sean told me to come in so he could personally show me the differences between ceramic tint and the other options. The technicians were just as helpful. They showed me tint on their own personal vehicles, shared their honest opinions, and helped me understand exactly what I was getting. I originally knew I wanted 5% on the back of my Toyota Camry, which I use for Uber, but I was hesitant about doing the front windows that dark. After seeing everything in person, I decided to go with it--and I have loved it ever since. The tint looks amazing, the quality is excellent, and the car photographs beautifully. Sean also went above and beyond to squeeze me in on a Thursday morning so my brand-new Camry would be ready for Opening Day. Now, before leaving for another trip, I needed my front windshield done while working around several appointments. Once again, Sean found a way to squeeze me in. That level of service is why I came back and why I will continue coming back. From Sean to every technician in the shop, the whole experience was knowledgeable, professional, welcoming, and well-crafted from beginning to end. They do not just install tint--they make sure you understand your options and feel confident in your decision. Any car I own from this point forward is going to 586 Tint Factory. They have earned a customer for life.

From the very first conversation, he walked me through the entire process -- what to expect, timelines, options -- no pressure, just straight, knowledgeable guidance. He was personable, patient, and genuinely cared about doing it right. Even more impressive? He was able to squeeze me in the same day. If you know anything about high-end tint/PPF shops, that's rare -- especially for a place this busy. They kept the car for two days to complete ceramic coating and front clip PPF, and when I picked it up... I was honestly blown away. The gloss was unreal. It looked way better than the day I drove it off the dealership lot. The depth, the shine -- next level. I'll be honest -- I've never paid for a service like this before. I questioned whether it was "worth it." It absolutely is. Every penny. Beyond the results, the customer experience was top-tier. Communication was fantastic the entire time. The shop is spotless, organized, and family-friendly. The team clearly knows what they're doing and takes pride in their craft. You can tell this isn't just a job for them -- it's reputation and passion. Shawn and the team -- I truly cannot thank you enough. If you're on the fence about PPF or ceramic, stop researching and just call them.

Upon entering the facility, I was warmly greeted by an employee who asked me how she could help me. I told her that I had a list of cars I wanted to look at. She took a look at the list and said, "Well, if you walk around, I'm sure you'll find some of them." She didn't even seem to understand the codes they use on their website to identify the cars. I asked, "Can I test drive any of these?" If you're going to lay down $$$ on a classic car, you want to hear it start, run, and you want to put it on the road! This isn't listed ANYWHERE on their website, but they DO NOT allow you to test drive the car! The employee talked to one of her cohorts who said "Oh, with a deposit we can do it." Further research on Reddit revealed that you have to put down at least $1000 to have someone else test-drive the car. They don't have a facility to let you get it up on a lift to inspect the undercarriage. I finally decided I wanted to check out one of the cars, a Mach 1 Mustang, so sought out the employee who had greeted me. She couldn't be bothered to get off her phone, so another employee intervened. When I sat inside the car, I attempted to make sure the knobs and buttons actually moved on the center console. "Ma'am, please don't touch the buttons or knobs." "I'm sorry?" "Well, that's not our car." I have the cash on hand to buy nearly any car in that showroom. I certainly won't be spending it there.
