She's not a sales person. She's a person who sells. First thing she sells you? A smile. Whether on the phone, in email, or in person, Kayla's smiling and very positive. She went outside in the snow to make a video of my car and sent additional pics of it as well. Kayla was beyond patient as the insurance company took forever to issue my policy. When all was said and done, Kayla asked me if I was happy. Even if I hadn't been up to that point, I would have been then, because it shows she cares. Oh yes. I bought the car!!

Showed up for our appointment and was told " the thing with the car is a mouse has chewed some wires so you can't test drive it". When the scheduler is blamed and that's that, we're offered ti look at the car anyway. How does looking at an undrivable car help me, am i supposed to be any to make a second trip to drive it? But we went out to look at the car, Old pine needles were in the trim around the roof, on the windshield and it was obvious it had to be towed there. It looked like a mouse lived in it, the hood insulation was torn/chewed up, but it was advertised and we were scheduled for an appointment, we weren't stopping in at random. Based on this waste of hours of my time, I wouldn't move forward with any car purchase expecting to be treated as a valued customer. To the salesman's credit he probably is following management's lead and they have a big problem with customer service standards, a major red flag.

    Marty Feldman New Hudson has provided the worst dealership service experience I've ever had…read more After my THIRD return visit for the exact same issue, I'm completely done doing business there. The issue started after the dealership replaced warped rotors under warranty. Since then, my truck drifts  to the right, making it unsafe and unreliable for towing my 5th wheel or trailers. Service Manager Kevin Krunk personally told me to bring the truck in at 9 AM and said he would drive it himself. When I arrived, I waited over 15 minutes while service writers walked around visibly irritated. The entire atmosphere was uncomfortable. Kevin told me he would test drive the truck and get back to me. After this being my THIRD visit for the same problem, you would think communication and urgency would matter. I expected at least a phone call by mid-afternoon with some kind of update. Instead, I received nothing. At 5:45 PM, I finally drove back up there myself with the rental truck to ask what was going on. Kevin casually told me they "couldn't find anything wrong." When I asked when someone planned on calling me, his response was, "Well, I gave you a rental." I don't want a rental truck -- I want MY truck fixed correctly. To make matters worse, they tried blaming the issue on "the crown of the road," as if I wouldn't know the difference. Funny how the rental truck drove perfectly straight on the exact same roads. When I expressed frustration after being patient through three visits and zero communication, Kevin threatened to ban me from the dealership instead of addressing the problem professionally. His attitude throughout the process came across as arrogant, dismissive, and rude. This entire situation has been a huge inconvenience and complete disappointment. I would never recommend this dealership for service.

    It took over three months to get the title and registration for my vehicle. Ultimately had to file…read morea complaint with the secretary of state before I could get any resolution. Run, do not buy from Feldman. I was not able to drive the vehicle for two months because they would not produce a title.
