The tomatoes that I purchased this week are definitely "home grown" in a greenhouse. Same with the cucumbers. Very disappointing. $3.50 a lb for tomatoes and $2.00 per cucumber. Yes, prices have gone up. I will gladly pay premium for garden raised produce. Maybe they will toss the greenhouse veggies and get back to truly selling from their farm. Meanwhile, too many true veggie stands around the area. So I won't be back.

One worker gave us her little flatbed cart instead of us carrying our plants out. There are plenty carts there to use, we THOUGHT we were just going there to look but the plants were so beautiful we just had to buy a couple. Honey Plant has a variety of ceramic pots too that look like they came out of a design catalog. When I stopped by there was a $15 design your own potted plant station filled with small pots, succulents and rocks. It's a fun activity and while I think it might have been set up for a special event, I hope they keep it going. What I appreciate most about this shop is that they will give you written instructions on how to properly care for your plant including how much light and water to give it.

Also they brought heavy equipment into my side year when they planted two evergreens and broke a sewer tile. Also a ornamental cherry tree they planted in my front yard broke badly during the first winter it was planted. I paid for a landscaping plan which they told me was drawn to scale. It wasn't drawn to scale. They had my house building plans so they could draw to scale.
