Raz and Taz sleeping on their kitty condo!

I have been a customer of Dr.Landerfeld's for a very long time. She took the BEST care of my girl for many of her 17 years! Her staff have always been social, responsive and caring! Dr. Landerfeld is very knowledgeable and loves cats, which is awesome! It's so nice to NOT have barking dogs in the waiting room! If your cat is afraid of dogs, this is especially beneficial! She only treats cats!! We want to thank Dr. Landerfeld for her comforting way and her genuine care for cats! She has been unbelievable with the neutering of our two little angel boys! Nobody (including us) can believe how quickly they recovered and how great they returned to us the day after their neutering this month! She is truly amazing! And I am a nervous Nellie! She comforts me and always has us leave with a smile! We adore Dr. Landerfeld and truly admire how thorough she is and what a great job she does taking care of our kitties! Keep up the great work, Dr.Landerfeld! See you soon! Meow!

This is also a place that took care of my rabbit years ago. Annie met Dr. Ezell, who's also Sandy's vet. One thing I like about this place is that we could stay in the same room during the examination. Dr. Ezell has a lot of experience with animals. He knew right away there was something wrong with Annie and what bothered her. It's the hard stool by the rectum that caused her not pooping. He treated Annie thoroughly and also followed up by calling us the next day himself to ask about Annie. It's always good when the doctor is the one who called to follow up because he was the one who treated her. He also returned every phone call when I called with some questions or concerns. Annie turned out to be a healthy cat, only constipation due to a hard stool. She was cured through an enema procedure. Btw, there's nothing wrong with Annie's teeth either. Poor Annie came home looking dizzy from being sedated. However, she's 100% fine and happy and playing again. Poor Jasmine (another cat) looked so confused when Annie was sick. Now they clean each other, chase, love, hate, and fight again, haha! The sign of healthy cats. In a few months, we will return with both cats for their annual checkup. The bill is reasonable here. Annie's X-ray, bloodwork, and enema procedure cost less than a thousand. Yay! Annie's medication is also perfect. It helped soften her stool, and she seemed ok with the taste too. Excellent service by an outstanding professional doctor. Recommended!

Micah was calm and well behaved throughout his first vet visit, which made the experience even more reassuring. They were able to fit us in for a same-day appointment, and everyone--from the front desk staff to the veterinarian and groomer--was incredibly kind and showed genuine care for Micah. The team was thorough, attentive, and took the time to answer our questions and provide excellent care. We truly appreciated the compassion and professionalism they showed, and we highly recommend this veterinary clinic.

He would drink but not eat and seemed to be under stress And sluggish. Even though it is supposed to be a walk-in clinic, we had made an appointment and saw Dr. Leung. She was very nice, examined him and gave her advice. We decided on a conservative approach as the options were costly. They whip out a tablet (not unusual) and show you the prices. The least costly was @ $500. Part of this was a probiotic package which was @$50 and had little or no effect. He seemed slightly better on Sunday, but during the night was very sluggish And still would not eat although he was drinking. I emailed them early Monday morning that we were bringing him in, probably for the next treatment, blood tests. We got there a little after opening and there was a closed sign on the door. Someone came out and said they were doing surgery, could not help him and told us to go to the emergency vet, which is probably what we should have done in the first place. I think we were treated very badly. We did go to the emergency vet in Carle Place and our dog seems to be doing better.
