Great communication, I was very impressed how Deanna would send me updates on my cat. He was a rescue who I had just taken in and we had to go out of town all of a sudden, and we found out he was afraid of the dark so Deanna made sure he was ok at night. She would also send me photos just so I knew he was ok... 100% recommend! read more

I was Leary of leaving my babies for a few days but I felt very comfortable right away after speaking to Deanna on the phone & especially after meeting her & seeing the facility. Mark (hope I got that right ) was also very nice. Deanna was even nice Enough to take a video for me! Made me feel as ease. My boys came home safe & I couldn't be more happy. I just dropped off my LiL Pug at this amazing place. I am picking her at 4 today but I'm guessing she won't want to come home to our boring life. She was greeted by Deanna and once she caught a glimpse of the peacock, she never looked back to say goodbye. She was mesmerized and so was I by the place. It's really a Fidos paradise. If you're like me and treat your dogs like family over the human members then this place is for you. The owners are animal people to the fullest. One day I hope to grow up and be like them. I checked several places out for doggie daycare as we returned to work all day. We have two cane corso puppies and wanted somewhere that would give them stimulation, exercise and socialization. This place does it all plus it's affordable plus they have a bath option available. And I get videos and pics text to me on how they're doing that day- I totally love this place!!! So glad I found them. I'm including some pictures of my pups at daycare and them exhausted after. We have taken our dogs here for a few years now. We won't go anywhere else. My now deceased cocker spaniel required daily medicine and it was always administered. The facility is really nice and very secure. My giant great dane can jump anything and I have no concerns here. More importantly, Deanna and company treat my pup like family. We have two very spoiled dogs who usually go on vacations with us. This trip we took was for our sons wedding and no animals were allowed. We have a GSP and a Jack Russell and I wanted them to be kept together because they don't really ever go anywhere without us and I was worried about how they would do. I called around a few places and Deanna was the one place that made me feel comfortable right off the bat, she was super understanding and assured us they would be taken care of. I also went to check out the kennels beforehand. I went to Dogs Day Inn first and honestly I left there worried. The place was full, it was loud with constant panic barking, the indoor outdoor spaces were small, and it smelled horrible in there. They also told me they were closed New Years Day and I couldn't pick my dogs up. That was crazy to me, it just screamed my dogs were going to be left alone. I then went to Felines and Fido's and it was the best decision I made. The place is amazing. The building that houses the dogs is beautiful, it was super clean and smelled nice. The indoor/ outdoor runs are large and are perfect for multiple dog households. The place was also full and yes it was loud but the barking was different. It was barking because someone new came in and everyone got excited. Once we started talking, the barking stoped and the dogs were content. I knew that meant they were happy. I happily reserved my spot for my dogs right then and there. My dogs were definitely well taken care of they were happy and clean and even still smelled good. We are super happy we found a place to leave our babies and can go on vacations worry free. This is the place to take your fur babies, look no further. Thanks Deanna, we will be back! read more

They take a great amount of pride in their facility, and it shows. Everything is well maintained and they recently added a state of the art building with individual kennels complete with connecting outside runs. The room was dark, the lights in the room weren't working, her food bowl wasn't returned, her paste lid was missing. But they were very kind when I had to due to weather, stay longer away, and agreed to keep her longer for me. There are very few options of boarders in the apple valley, hesperia, victorville area. Me and my German Shepherd puppy had a great experience with Deanna! I had not left my dog with someone else other than my mom before, but after visiting the site and speaking with Deanna all my worries went out the window. It is apparent that Deanna and her husband are passionate about animals and making sure they are well taken care of. It was an easy and smooth process. I was updated via text and video on how he was doing, which reassured me he was in good hands. The suite was big enough for my 70 pound puppy and had the cutest themes. Each animal gets their own special attention, love and care. Unlike many kennel places there is 24 hour supervision. Driving up to felines and Fidos I was a little worried that my GPS had gotten me lost in the boonies again but my fears we're quickly laid to rest when I pulled up to the facility. The kennels are located on the same property as the owners home so there is always someone on site to take care of the animals. The cat suites are in their own building that is made up of several individual rooms the size of walk in closets, each decked out with scratch pads and cat trees galore! Half way through my cats stay he had a medical emergency. Deanna went above and beyond with constant contact and keeping me informed of his condition. Her expertise with animals was evident as she took amazing care of our little guy until we got back to town. I can't recommend Felines and Fidos enough! read more

Deanna and David are true animal lovers. They took great care of our pup while we were out of town!
