We took it to the dealer, they correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in one day. Spoke to the owner of VTech, he basicly called me a liar saying that they did fix it, so why did we have to take it to the dealer to get everything straightened out??? I'll tell you why, again VTech misdiagnosed the problem but refuses to do anything so we are taking them to court. I was having issues with my vehicle and the soonest available appointment with the car dealership was 2 weeks. I couldn't wait that long since my battery was draining and the vehicle was overheating. Fidel was able to diagnose the problem immediately and within a couple of hours the issue was fixed. The price was really reasonable compared to the extreme amount I knew the dealership would have charged me. Needless to say, I will definitely return to Fidel for my car repairs.
