As a Disabled Veteran, the Tucson VA struggles with maintaining Urology doctors and surgeons so I…read morewas outsourced to have surgery at Banner North with Dr. Kim in Urology. Dr. Kim, was, absolutely, WITHOUT a doubt a lifesaver! I literally can not thank the Banner University Surgical Team, Dr. Kim and Anesthesiologist, Jack and RN Amber- enough!! This was an amazing Team of PROFESSIONALS and I was in at 0530, and out by noon! Allow me to specifically recognize a few people here, the building and process. The Anesthesiologist: Jack was from the VA, and came in to greet me and speak to me about the entire process. His calmness, astute professional and caring demeanor was top-notch! You CAN NOT get a better Anesthesiologist IMO. When I came out of surgery, I literally felt like I took a quick nap, and was energized, non-drugged and felt the best I've ever had in the 14 surgeries I've endured in my life! Thank you Jack!; you really did an incredible job! The attending RN: Amber. What a sweetheart! Absolute golden personality, caring, graceful and funny! thank you Amber for your generous approach and humorous start to my day! Surgeon: Dr. Sunchin-Kim. Here, it has to be said, I CAN NOT recommend Dr. Kim, ENOUGH. He's straight to the point, extremely well versed in the HoLEP procedure and I remain, 100% approved of his care-taking and surgical process. I walked out of the hospital in less than 6 hours, with major surgery accomplished and felt amazing. I applaud you Dr. Kim for booking my procedure, and taking care of my issue prior to a cancerous outcome! The Building: Impeccably maintained, extremely clean and easy to find my surgical section. The surgical room is STATE OF THE ART, and not a single thing in short supply. The surgical room looked like something out of Star Trek in high-tech components and monitors! Thank you in the deepest sense to Banner University for Dr. Kim being on your docket for surgeons. 2 weeks post surgery, I stand firm in this assessment, Banner Surgery was a perfect experience for me! I absolutely, without worry highly recommend Banner for surgery in the Urology department! Much respect to the people that make this happen each and every day!

I was advised, my next pregnancy would be high-risk and need to be seen asap. April 2026, I had a second miscarriage waiting for a response from the staff. They offered contraception knowing my goal was to conceive. The bedside manner was absent. June 2026, I had an ER visit outside of Banner for severe abdominal pain and suspected etopic pregnancy, advised to be seen within 2 weeks with my OBGYN provider. I call to make an appointment, scheduled for the following week! What a great experience!!! NOT EVEN 30 minutes later I get a call from the office stating the appointment needs to be rescheduled because that provider does not specialize in miscarriages and the appointment needs to be rescheduled. I was offered an appointment with the "resident clinic" instead of my established provider. Why would I want to see a different provider every single visit instead of seeing the provider that knows my history?? Where is the continuity? AND IF THAT WASN'T ENOUGH THE "hospital follow up appointment" was scheduled 2 months out while I'm still in constant pain.

Between my old doctor and the new doctor. I eventually got dropped by the old doctor as they said not so nice things and false accusations. I eventually switched here to fully get the treatment and pursue TMS. Zeke was super helpful for the last 5-6 months to finally when it got approved because UHC is trash. Basing it off false information. I had to eventually file three complaints against the insurance company to get them to get this approved talked to their doctor and now since ive been doing treatment and im finally on the right appropriate dose for the other things I've been dealing with I just feel like it's much better end enjoyable in life than it used to be. I am just really glad Zeke helped advocate for me and of course I had to push it up further to get things done because they clearly (UHC) was not reading my documents. It's nice to have a doctor and office that has really helped me through this process and to be able to have a doctor that listens as well. The prior one who i used to go to would just never give it enough time for things to work and I am very sensitive to medicines and im very self aware of what I need due to not being my first rodeo and not blindly trusting as that lead to me being sicker and hospitalized. So far not been hospitalized from my time here as they have listened and been there through the process. Im just glad im finally being listened to and given the support I need to manage everything.

I gave them another chance and I am so happy I did. My new doctor is a wonderful woman who just…read morecame back to the practice. She really listened! I actually felt cared about.

Dr James (I think he's an FNP but it is just habit for me to call my provider Dr) was thorough,…read morerespectful, and provides great medical care. My old Dr would make me book an appointment every 3 months to refill prescriptions. At men's vitality center they gave me 3 month prescriptions plus 3 refills, a whole year worth. Even if the per visit price is a little higher, it is still cheaper in the long run because they don't waste your time with unnecessary visits. I am having my hormone levels tested by them and may consider TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) if it is needed. I feel very comfortable with both the staff and Drs here and would highly recommend Men's Vitality Center to others. also, the Dr and staff went out of their way to make sure my appointment was free under my insurance paid annual checkup. So take other reviews with a grain of salt.

I visited this place in early January. It appears to be their policy to charge new patients--even…read moreinsured patients--the full cost of a visit ($260 at the time I went) regardless of the discount negotiated with your insurance. I was told that the difference would be refunded to me once they had an explanation of benefits from the insurer. After several weeks passed, I called and asked again about the refund of the difference (about $110 in my case): Would it be refunded to the credit card? Would it be held in account to apply against future visits? The woman I spoke to said that there is no one in the office who understands how the insurance discount works and they could not help me. No in the office understands how negotiated insurance discounts work! Their words. Instead, she suggested I email the owner of the business and gave me an email address. Okay, this is very strange, but fine, I emailed the owner. Three days have passed with no reply. I can't say I am surprised. I now suspect that this business intentionally over-charges new patients the full cost of a visit, despite insurance discounts, and simply hopes that customers will now bother to collect their refund. I will say, the nurse that saw me way very nice and seemed competent (I'll also mention I was not told when I booked the appointment that I'd be seeing a nurse; I specifically made an appointment to see Dr Evans) and that the staff I spoke to were polite. Unfortunately, that doesn't make up for their awful business practice. I will not be returning (as a patient) to this place.

Be very careful if you use this clinic, as their billing/insurance practices are VERY suspicious…read moreand warrant review. After obtaining a medical hearing exam from a physician showing that I need hearing aids, I contacted Sonoran ENT for an appointment to discuss purchasing the devices from them, as they are a "preferred" provider for my insurance company and my insurance would cover $5000 in cost for the aids with no "out of pocket" to me. Sonoran ENT office staff informed me at the time I made my appointment that they would charge me $100 for my appointment, but that amount would be credited to the cost of the hearing aids when I purchased them. My appointment with the audiologist consisted of her showing me a brochure with her recommended choices and the costs of those options (all in excess of $4,000). When I told her that my insurance would pay up to $5,000 towards the cost, she warned me that often they (Sonoran ENT) are only paid $3,100 by insurance companies, and since that amount does not cover the entire cost of the hearing aids, the customer must sign a document at the time of ordering stating that they will pay the balance. I left the clinic and immediately contacted my insurance company and verified with them that my benefits would cover the cost of the hearing aids up to $5,000. The insurance representative called Sonoran ENT and spoke to the office manager to assure her that my policy would pay for hearing aids costing up to $5,000. The office manager informed the insurance representative that they (Sonoran ENT) are only willing to invoice my insurance for $3,100, and if I want to buy the hearing aids, I need to sign the document promising to pay the balance out of pocket (which in this case would be a minimum of about $1,400). The office manager stated that if I am not willing to do that, then I should not buy my hearing aids from them. What I learned is that it is not my insurance company putting the lower benefit amount on my purchase. It is Sonoran ENT manipulating the process to benefit their bottom line. Also, I paid $100 to Sonoran ENT to be shown a brochure and to be told: "Sorry, we will only take part of what your insurance will pay for hearing aids, and you have to pay us the balance." Make sure you ask questions up front about their billing practices. I feel completely cheated out of $100. I did immediately contact another clinic in town who was more than happy to contact my insurance provider to verify the $5000 coverage amount and to fit and sell me a pair of hearing aids that are priced within that benefit amount and will be paid 100% through my policy. CAVEAT EMPTOR!!! There is something fishy with the insurance billing process being conducted by Sonoran ENT.
