Also highly recommend the beef tenderloin with chimmichuri sauce, cod with beure blanc sauce, tabbouleh, lemonade as a cold drink station. Really everything we asked for was awesome. The main course included an incredible roasted vegetable lasagna, baked salmon with sorrel aioli, roasted broccolini with red onion, parsley, olive oil and tamari, a kale salad, a light brown rice with toasted pistachios currants, dill, chives and a vinaigrette.
