Shawn provided passed appetizers, a stationary appetizer table, and drinks in addition to the main meal, which we did buffet style. The main course included an incredible roasted vegetable lasagna, baked salmon with sorrel aioli, roasted broccolini with red onion, parsley, olive oil and tamari, a kale salad, a light brown rice with toasted pistachios currants, dill, chives and a vinaigrette. We bought our own wine and beer, which Shawn's crew poured for guests. Shawn is also much more affordable than many of the other Island caterers. We could not have asked for, or found, a more wonderful caterer.

Then, I considered the fact some people might be allergic to shell fish. Little Rock allowed me to have a hybrid menu to appease all my guests.
