One of my cancer patients waited to month to be seen, then when she was finally seen she waited in a dusty lobby with broke windows and a poorly cleaned restroom. You make an appointment for Xray at the desk but they won't call you until you check in again at the appointment time! How idiotic is it!!?? I sat in the waiting room for extra 40 min and when I asked why I'm not being called, they said that you did not check in at 9:15!! I had walked in and made the appointment at 8:40 am!! No one even bothered to tell me that I need to check in one more time at 9:15!! Very unprofessional! read more

Get rid of your staff. I got there early, I was the first one in. Did all the paperwork, and waited. I had an appointment. They took every single person that came after me... before me. They seemed more interested in throwing a 9 year old kid out of the waiting room. They are not babysitters....but they could be since they all act like they're 12 years old. Horrible. read more

If I can give them zero. Being a health care provider this place is grossly irresponsible of caring for patients and the need for needed X-rays etc. first let's start by them attempting and w if polite to mixing up orders. Two days in a row of changing orders when the radiologist asked for a different protocol. Care in rancho mirage shouldn't be this difficult for the basic breast lump work up. read more

Wow Wow Wow. This place is SUCH a mess...their carless mishandling of insurance billings (amongst other concerns) is almost impressive in that I have never dealt with such incompetence. The staff itself was very nice. The front desk woman was, dare I say, charming?! But from there things deteriorated. Upon arrival for a Diagnostic Breast Mammogram, I was told that my supplemental insurance with Cigna was not going through. I knew that was a mistake but they insisted. They then told me I could pay that $70 portion and I would be promptly reimbursed if I contacted them that it was cleared with Cigna within five days (this was a Friday so the following Friday). I ran out to car to grab card but when I got back in, they said I was too late. HAHAHAHA. So they set me up for Monday. Cigna cleared all but it takes them a few days as well so I just went in Monday and paid the $70. I called them Tuesday and told billings Cigna said it was all clear and for them to move forward with it. Nothing. I have called MANY times, left messages, etc. After two months, I was told they had failed to send it and promised they would immediately as well as reimburse me immediately since it would clear. It has been MONTHS! Then, incredibly, I got ANOTHER bill for an MRI/MRA from them last month! I called and this time they had not submitted to supplemental at all. I was floored so asked if they had bothered with the mammogram one as I had been waiting months for my $70. NOPE. He said it had never been submitted either. So the Diagnostic Mammogram (more expensive) and a Brain MRA and Brain MRA had not been submitted to supplemental at all. What on EARTH. So now it has been another month and I have yet to hear anything. There is a point where you give up leaving messages (generally they do not answer) because either they don't call back or they call to inform you they have not yet done their job. I do not understand for the life of me how this is acceptable. It is too bad as it is accessible and there are a lot of people in that area who need imaging, etc. (Lots of retirees but also families, etc.) I think most of us find it increasingly frustrating to have very clear cut easy insurance policy submissions to be so carelessly handled. The lack of concern, attention, follow through..that they can just make a charge like that and months later have the patient just waiting and waiting....they don't know how big a burden that might be for someone? I will never go back and urge anyone with financial concerns whatsoever to avoid them. You will be liable when they don't do their job...not the other way around. VERY disappointing. Wrote this finally as I just tried getting hold of a human once again. Nope. What if a was an older patient living month to month? A young single mother with four children? It is just appalling for anyone in this industry. read more

Even if you make an x-ray appointment online, when you arrive for your scheduled time and hand your referral to the lady at the front desk, she will tell you they are all booked. When you tell her you scheduled online, she still says "sorry but we are booked!" People have REAL issues and need scans and x-rays to get to the bottom of their health issues and you can't even rely on a scheduled appointment. I left and called up there and a lady said I was confirmed in the system, not sure why the lady at the front desk could figure that out. read more

My Kaiser doctor referred me to RadNet Coachella Valley in Rancho Mirage today 7/9/25. The nurse called for a STAT MRI while I sat with her making the appointment. Receptionist/Scheduler was very thorough and professional. They made the appointment a few hours later same day. I checked in at 2:15, filled out a little paperwork, paid my copay, sat down for about 4 minutes and was called soon there after. Linda guided me through the process of removing all of my jewelry and locking my personal items in a secure personal locker. They suggested I make sure I arrive hydrated because it was important for this particular MRI. She explained everything so that I felt comfortable and made me feel as comfortable as possible in an uncomfortable situation. The tests were intense for sure but I was grateful to be in such good hands with Linda and the other male nurse/technician that gave me an IV for the contrast solution. I asked a few questions that they both answered before and in between both scans. They encouraged me to gather myself for a moment because of vertigo and helped me down and walked me to the dressing room. Everyone I passed in the back hallways that worked there had big smiles and helped me find my way back to the lobby. Praying I get good results, but I'm just grateful to have had such a great experience today. read more

The front desk staff was friendly and my technician was great. However, the waiting room was outdated, dirty & dingy. The couch had duct tape holding it together and the chair cushions looked like there was dandruff or dry skin on them. Worst part was that they had no guest wifi! I get resentful when a business doesn't care about their patient's comfort when they are expected to wait. read more

If you care about your health at all, do not come here. Where do I begin with the long list of reasons not to waste your time here? It took me 5 attempts and I still wasn't able to get a diagnostic mammogram. The first three times, I had an appointment and they called me to cancel saying there wasn't going to be a technician there that day. The last 2 times, they literally couldn't figure out how to run a credit card. It's no wonder they got one and a half stars on here , that's still one too many. read more

Horrible experience. Went in for CT scan with contrast. Someone tried once to get vein. Failed. Told me to make another appointment when someone who did ultrasound was there. I did. Came back. Two different people tried to get my vein. Failed. Doctor did ultrasound. None of these people were friendly. Treated me with indifference. Won't be back. Doctor announced that she had to leave before 4:30. I felt as though I was intrusive to her. Done read more

My first in this office. The staff were very nice and helpful. Although they were busy they were fast.

All this organization wants is your money. They don't work from doctors orders- spamming you directly. Once this office gets your phone/email, they send constant texts and emails telling you that you need to schedule tests that your doctor hasn't ordered. Their emails don't have unsubscribe links. Their employees don't call you back. Good luck. read more

Awful. Receptionist for the breast mammography are rude and unhelpful. They give so much attitude right off the bat..., it's like they do not like their jobs. I heard one front desk lady speak to one of her coworkers and say, "she came in yesterday too and was a pain in my ass" talking about some patient that had just walked out. Unbelievable. read more

Employees were rude from start to finish. The female Doctor was visibly "disturbed" as the technician attempted to find a vein. Doctor walked around small office stating multiple times "I have to leave at 4" upset there was delay due to difficulty finding vein. This was known prior to my visit and rescheduled in order to have a nurse use an ultrasound sound but made little difference. read more

The receptionists are nice, the ultrasound tech seemed nice, too, but not very efficient. I say this bec she did the my usd and when I asked her about a certain measurement ( to compare with my previous ones- my priors were all done in a different facility), she just said " Oh, I didn't even get to measure that." She gave the reason why but at this point she was already putting away her stuff. I've had this " reason" come up before but the tech don't give up right away! She always find ways to get the said measurement! This particular one in this office just didn't care that my MD might reorder the test and I have to pay again, not to mention the discomfort that I have to go through twice! Fast forward 2 weeks, and I find out that my MD never received the usd result! Called the office and the staff said it should have been faxed 3 days after the test. She said it's the radiologist's responsibility to do that, not the office staff's. So, yeah, I do NOT recommend Rancho Mirage Interventional Radiology! read more
