One I had used before responded quickly, but was already booked for the rest of the year on preferred roofing jobs. Second replied eventually but was "not available". Please beware of using Rx Sealers for any job…read more Started off great as Steve seemed very knowledgeable about the work needed to be done on our driveway but it soon turned very sour. Steve did the power washing of the driveway on a particular day but for the driveway repairs and seal coating, Steve only gave us dates (for when he could do the work) when it was either raining during the day or later that day. As anyone would imagine/know/research, driveway repairs, and rain don't mix well. When we questioned Steve no it, he made it seem like we did not know what we were talking about which was extremely unprofessional. He messaged us one day saying he would do the driveway repairs the next day in the morning. We were only able to see the message very early in the morning the day of and again, it was scheduled to rain that evening. We questioned him again on it, and he insisted on doing the work that morning even though it was scheduled to rain. We eventually canceled that morning as he did not seem interested in doing a quality job that would last. His interest seemed to be in completing the work to get his check. Further, Steve had power washed the driveway a few weeks before (because there was no good day in the middle) and when we canceled because he could find a good time for our job, he insisted on getting paid for the power washing. He CLAIMED to have sent us a bill which we never got, and then one day asked a lady to call us for the check - I informed the lady that we had not received the invoice and had to ask her to stop yelling. She sent a text message with a link to the invoice saying we had to mail in the check. A few days later, I got a call from Steve YELLING at me asking why it was not paid and threatening to take me to court. I had to repeatedly ask him to calm down and when he finally did, I asked if there was any alternative mode of payment as frankly, I do not have a checkbook anymore. He tried to tell me it is 2024 and why I didn't have a checkbook, to which I had to honestly reply saying it is 2024, why does he not have an electronic mode of payment. In short, a terrible experience. Don't use this company.

He removed 40 year old wallpaper that I tried to do on my own for 15+ hours with little success. He then painted my kitchen to perfection. After that job, I called him to do major sheetrock repair and painting on short notice. He finished the job in one afternoon even though it was a 2-3 day job (I needed it done immediately as the house was going on the market the next morning). Once again, the job was done perfectly.
