He provided previous customer contact numbers so I could reach out and receive first-hand feedback from them. In doing so, every single one of them commented on how professional Pascual was and the quality of his work. Some of them even sent pictures. My back stairs and landing took less than two days to complete. Watching him and his team work, it's clear they take pride in it. When demolishing the old stairs, he uncovered some poor craftsmanship and made sure to call it out and rectify it before covering it up again. Would gladly work with Pascual and his team again.

When we were walking past the men while going in to the adjoining showroom, one man looked up and said hello. It is rather strange how not one of them got up and asked if we needed help. We have a nice size project that we will be using an other company to install. The manager/owners should be aware of their employees disregard to potential customers, and the probability of losing sales because of their lack of customer service.

Bring back 20 foot length pieces isn't a simple task. It were willing to replace those pieces, but not until I brought the damaged pieces back.

Or possibly it's not enough money involved to interest him. Once he's made the sale and collected his money, he has no regard for any of his customers concerns and actually becomes very arrogant and defensive. I would give 4 stars for quality of work but 3 stars for his company overall.
