So far we love our fence that Fabio and his team installed. The team that came out for the install were extremely professional and got the job done very quick. It was not a small job either. Where I deducted one star though was communication. It could be a lot better. I had some questions when we received the quotes since I wasn't sure if we should go with wood or vinyl and it took a couple of weeks of follow up emails and calls in order to get a response. Once I did get answers to my questions we paid our deposit right away and I asked for an estimated time of when the work would be done. I was given a date of early July (deposit was made mid May). That's fine no biggie. I emailed a week before the work was supposed to be done to make sure we were on the same page. No response. I emailed again the night before the work was supposed to start and that was when I was told the material had not come in yet. I wonder if I was even going to be told or if they were just not going to show up. I understand we are in a pandemic and supplies are hard to come by/delayed however it was the lack of communication to keep me updated with the timeline that was frustrating. What went from a beginning of July install turned into a beginning of August install which was fine but like I said it was just the communication miss surrounding it. All in all I would still recommend using Fence 101 for your fencing needs as we love our fence. read more

Then I hired them without them even having set foot on my job site. You might say that I am an optimist, but I was spot on with hiring these professionals. G and Alex (the installers) also proved to be experts in their craft, letting none of the mature plantings get in their way.
