He dealt directly with Geico and had them inspect the car while it was with him so he could give them a clear rundown on what needed to be fixed, he also ended up needing to have them come back due to significant additional damage found under the bumper. He gave an accurate repair timeline and even drove me to the rental shop. Enter J&T who not only were able to help in fixing up my outdated automobile, but kept it working for years after. Nowadays, I don't frequent J&T as often (we lease most cars), but every now and then we need an oil change, inspection, or...ya know, I hit something. But when I come here, I know I'm getting honest and truthful work from local guys who really connect with their customers.
