I previously used Mid Valley collision for my wife's vehicle and was very impressed with their service and results. Now my vehicle was in need of repair and my car was repaired beautifully. Again the service was excellent; Mid Valley did all the paperwork; notified me via email of all updates; arranged for me my rental and even paid for my rental when the repairs went over my insurance coverage and allowed me to periodically check in to physically see the status of my vehicle. My vehicle was completely detailed when Mid Valley was finished with their repair work. I am pleased and very impressed with their level of customer service. I highly recommend Mid Valley to anyone in need of auto repair who wants great customer service and very professional work. read more

I was referred to this collision center by my husband. They were very friendly, appeared to know their job and didnt hide anything about the work done to my car. They kept contact with me about my car and it took them only about three and a half days to complete the work. When I picked up my war it was washed and serviced as well. I will refer them to everyone who needs collision repair. I am very satisfied with their work. read more

I came in with some damage to the front right side of my 2017 Nissan Altima. I was promised 2 weeks the repair would be done, and was definitely on time with it. Came back as if nothing ever happened, I thought it was a new car. Highly recommend working with John because he makes sure everything is done on time but done correctly. read more

Had to bring my daughters truck to Mid Valley and again they were superior and excellent in the entire process and the truck was put back to showroom quality. John and Hugo are personable and friendly and it is a pleasure in dealing with them when you need your vehicle repaired. If there were more stars to click on I would give them a 10. They gave me the best quote when someone drove into the driver side door of my car leaving a few scratches and a dent. They repaired these issues in just a few days and returned the car looking new. The whole process was quick and easy. 10/10 I recommend! read more

This was my first time using this body shop. I had used a different body shop a few years before when I got into my first car accident and they made a mess of my car. I refused to ever go back there and when I got into another car accident recently, I was recommended to use Mid Valley Collision. All I have to say is wow. They made the car look amazing!!! The level of service was excellent. They kept me informed, and made the whole process super smooth. I'm still just blown away with how nice my car looks. They really did an excellent job. They also only use OEM parts which is a big deal. The gentlemen who helped me was named John and he was great. I highly recommend this place. read more

He would go into businesses in the Floral Park, Long Island, area just across the boundary from Queens, and put up signs that read, "Tow Away Zone" without the property owners' knowledge. He would then tow cars one by one in the tow zone he himself had invented, police said. play Police: Unlicensed Tow Truck Driver Put Up Own Signs, Towed Cars WCBS 880's Sophia Hall Reports Floral Park police Sgt. Ronald Gagliano told WCBS 880 Capurso did not have a license to run his business, Bumble Bee Towing. He also never had permission from the owners to tow the cars from their property. "And then when the unsuspecting car owners would come and look for their cars, they would see the signs and call up and he would demand cash only no checks or credit cards -- never knowing the signs were illegal," Gagliano said. The sergeant said Capurso would charge $200 for the owners to get their vehicles back. As of Saturday, there were seven victims. But Gagliano said there could be more. The signs were placed at a dry cleaning business, a church, and a gym.

Now that he has expanded h his business to Franklin Square...seems like customer service has gone down the toilet. He is not on site anymore and won't speak to customers even if there is a disagreement. There is a young guy behind the desk that seems to be running things now. I had an unfortunate encounter with him where he lied about calling me to approve services to my vehicle that I did not approve. I just wanted my brakes and rotors changed and that was confirmed when I dropped off the vehicle...only to be forced to pay for an extra tire rotation ($50 -while tires were already taken off already for brake job!) and coolant top off ($20) that was not pre approved (I had the tires already rotated that same morning at the dealership with an oil change!!). I understand that miscommunications can happen, but don't lie and tell me you called me to approve the extra services!! I have no tolerance for dishonesty!! PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!!!

He did an excellent job on all my windows. The cost was reasonable, he and his helper arrived as planned, and finished and cleaned up very well. If you wish, you may use my name as a positive reference. Pricing goes by the size of the window(s). You'll have to do some measuring in advance, send the dimensions to him, and then Jerry can give you an estimate. He'ss answer any of your questions and concerns, and is a very congenial guy. I had a crack that happened and spread Saturday afternoon and by Sunday it was fixed very well by Ian. He told me that due to the climate and moisture it wouldn't be a perfect job and that makes sense as it was snowing with cold temps. He was very responsive via phone and on a Sunday helped to schedule me in and have it taken care of. I had most places that would push me out a couple of days and maybe have me get a new windshield. The crack was bullseye crack a little smaller than a dime and spread about 8 inches. The quoted price was very fair and much less than the big shops. All in all I have a new expert for any auto glass issues. Gotta love Yelp! P.S. to the one person, Vic R. who gave him one star, that review should be removed as it's not right just because Ian told him the truth. Come on Yelp!
