Our insurance adjuster tried contacting Michael about the assessment, and he reported things like rust, ripped and soiled seats, and other issues that simply did not exist. When she followed up to clarify, he suddenly claimed he "didn't remember." Even the adjuster was baffled and appalled, dealing with this guy. This place is absolutely not trustworthy. We will never use them again, and we'll be warning others in town as well.

I was more than upset to say the least that my baby got it's first booboo, and wanted to get it fixed. I shopped around and went to various different body shops that were near home and work, and based on recommendations. I received multiple quotes that ranged from $1000-1700 to fix my bumper. Each shop stated that my bumper was pricey, which it was at $650. Centerline Collision was the last body shop that I visited to get a quote to fix my bumper. It was the best experience out of the other 4 shops I went to. It was also the most reasonable estimate. Dominick was the only mechanic to actually look UNDER my car and INSIDE of my trunk to see if there was additional damage. He actually got on the ground and looked under my car. Nobody else did that for me. I knew this was the shop for me. I had made my decision. Dominick kept lines of communication open! Called me when my bumper came in and stated I had to come in for a color match. I came in the next day. Dominick then said he would call when the paint was dry and my bumper could be put on. He stated there was no reason for me to leave my car with him if my bumper wasn't ready. The next day came and my new bumper was ready! Dropped my car off after work, and it was ready by mid afternoon. Only took about a half a day, which is what I was told when I received my estimate. The front bumper cover was mismatched to the front fenders due to missing front fender lower extensions. They were there when I brought the car to them, missing when I picked it up and they folded the bumper cover to force it to bolt up. I had to buy new ones to fix this botch. The body side moldings I purchased new from LMR were installed in the wrong places, matching chamfer edge to rounded edge and vice versa. Just look at the pics. Blisters started appearing almost immediately, and have continuously appeared ever since. I was taking the car back repeatedly and the prior manager Frank Macri tried to remedy the poor quality work of the manager who did the work before him. Frank no longer works there and the current manager Melissa is horrible to deal with. She actually told me that I paid for a simple scuff and spray paint job and had no implied warranty. Look at the pics I uploaded. They clearly show my car was disassembled of exterior components, paint stripped to metal, bondo body worked and block sanded. The computerized invoice lists welding, frame straightening, fenders and front bumper cover removed, just to begin with. This isn't a case of showing up years after the work with a complaint, this has been constant go backs ever since the work was done. With Frank gone and Melissa now managing, be aware that if you have massive work done on a classic car, she will not want to deal with it when there is a problem. And these pics document the issues I had with them.
