I went in this past Wednesday night for the 2nd time. First time was awesome: clean place, friendly staff and great drinks & dessert. This time (Weds.) they were out of every single cake they offer. There are 6 on the menu but the taro is my absolute favorite. The girl didn't say why, she just said nope we're out in a not so friendly manner. She also had some very loud, growling music playing way too loud for a small place and probably not appropriate for the customer base. The bathroom wasn't very clean either and definitely needed some care. Other than the service on this particular night, I love this place. I recommend the desserts because they are perfectly sweet and light. Their blended drinks like the dragon fruit and kiwi basil are so refreshing. Their menu is awesome and I look forward to trying all of the drinks; hopefully they can improve the cleanliness and service to make it all awesome. read more

Stopped in after my chiropractor appointment next door for a drink. Staff was friendly and helpful in choosing a drink option. I opted for the summer melon with boba, refreshing and not too sweet. You had options on your sweetness and ice amount when you order. Service was quick and my kiddo said she'd definitely come back. read more

We went to this location many times, always good tea and friendly employees! Plus a military discount - thank you! Love love love the kiwi basil green tea, and summer melon (four seasons oolong tea), both regular sweet, less ice. Both were delicious and refreshing! Highly recommend. Milk tea is good however boba is not that great, too soft for my tastebuds. They also have cute popup events! read more

Boba is really fresh here. Our new favorite boba spot! Cakes are also good, not too sweet - which I like. We live 20 minutes away but when the drinks arrived, you can still taste the freshness of the boba. Definitely recommend. I just wish they have other things to eat other than desserts. Could be little appetizers and such. read more

So it made sour. 1 Citrus Lord Regular Ice 50% Sweet Tea (Default) 2x Mango PopBoba This drink was good and refreshing. Would recommend more than 50% sweet. Best boba thus far. My daughter and I are rating brown sugar milk teas around SATX and they get a 9.5 from us both. Smells nice inside. Clean. Games to play. The pearls had the perfect texture and taste. It's out of our way but we go from time to time and def stop when nearby. read more

Cute shop and the drinks were good. I got the kiwi basil green tea and the seasonal mango fantasy which was a blended mango drink with coconut and grapefruit sago. I usually get mango or passion fruit if I get a fruit tea so I didn't have that high of expectations for the kiwi basil green tea but I was surprised at how good it was. The workers were nice and the drinks came out fast. There is also an option to order on the kiosk in front. I tried other Feng Cha chains before in Austin and Houston and the drinks were just as good. read more

Used to be at Starbucks, now it's Feng Cha Boba Tea, which is great. Very different vibe. TEA was amazing, and I loved seeing various artist working on their craft. Definitely, very inviting place. I love Feng Cha! I wish they would open more around San Antonio. I ordered a cake and a drink from the kiosks and everything came out quickly. Surprised my niece and partner by dropping into Feng Cha Boba - this was all of our first time here and it was definitely a great time. I used their photo machine and the pictures came out horrible and my face was covered by a setting in the machine. I called the number in the booth and turns out it's the owner of Feng Cha. They refused to give me a refund even though I sent them pictures to let them know the pictures were not clear and covered my face and friend's faces. Worst 32$ I've ever spent. Horrible customer service and a rip off. read more

Feng Cha Boba 11/28/2023 We Love Boba and are really enjoying trying all the different flavors and creations to find the favorite one. Here at Feng Cha we've enjoyed the BREEZE drinks that are a lot like smoothies, as well as the SPECIALS that are featured seasonally. This is our favorite spot because the owner, his family, and staff are so kind and friendly. The quality of the Boba is amazing and super fresh. We like adjusting the sweetness and ice content and adding or changing the Boba pearls to make each drink unique. Our favorites are the Strawberry Breeze, Mango Breeze, Dirty Boba and the new featured Taro Breeze. Haven't tried the deserts yet, but definitely will by Christmas time It is a lovely decorated peaceful place to hang out for reading, visiting and studying. I was in the area and wanted to try out the bubble tea since this spot is new. I got the summer melon, which has watermelon pieces, unsweetened with grass jelly. The drink was pretty good, but the tea didn't taste as strong as I would have liked it to taste. There were also many black watermelon seeds in my drink (about 8-9 in total), which I wasn't fond of at all since they're not edible and have to be spit out. You'd think that seedless watermelon would be used in this drink, so that there were only white seeds (if any) or that the black seeds would be picked out before placing into the drink. At the pricing, I was expecting better than I received. The interior is quite nice, and it's a good spot to do work or study. I did also have to wait a few minutes for someone to take my order, even though there was no one in line (but also no one behind the ordering counters). This place has potential, but I won't be going out of my way to come here. I'd definitely pick Artea over this spot. read more

I was so excited to hear that feng cha opened up in San Antonio considering it was one of my favorites in Austin! There's lots of seats and super cute inside. They have comfortable seats and I love how easy the menu is to look at. I got the black milk tea! The black tea flavor is strong, which is why I love this place so much! It's not overly milky and you are able to appreciate the tea flavor. Service is fast! Cute spot in the corner of the shopping center. Plenty of parking. Tables, booths, and outside patio to chill. You can order at the little kiosk tablets when you walk in, although, ordering with 3 little girls & myself, I appreciated when the young man said o could order with him. We ordered strawberry & cookies & cream. I had some caffeine in mine. One of the girls liked theirs. The other didn't & left it all. Boo! Overall, it wasn't bad. Nice vibe, boba tea is delish; tried the dirty boba twice (2nd time was crème brûlée). Smooth, silky, creamy goodness. My preference is the original dirty boba I had last time as it wasn't as strong. Need to dial back the sweet? Just ask. Staff is friendly and quick. Alternative milks also available. Super low-key ambiance (Indy music; old school soft rock). Indoor and outdoor seating available. I'm hoping this place will return to awesome when the renovation is done.

It is not as strongly flavored as other Japanese-origin matcha ice cream chains. Taiyaki was perfectly crispy and good. Note that the center of the ice cream in the cup portion is empty but the taiyaki itself is filled with ice cream.

My second favorite is their Cream Dream; signature base cookie with pieces of oreo and white chocolate. They definitely have some work to make this a comfortable dining experience but I wouldn't let it stop you from trying some phenomenal Vietnamese food.

We recently visited Feng Cha and ordered multiple drinks, all with sweetness levels adjusted to "less sweet." Unfortunately, the results were inconsistent--one drink was still far too sweet, while another lacked sweetness entirely. We also tried a fruit drink that should have been sold seasonally. The fruit wasn't fresh at all, and it was like chewing on celery while drinking--definitely not what we expected. On top of that, all the drinks tasted like they were made with powdered flavors, which took away from the overall experience. That being said, the service wasn't bad. Although we ordered through a kiosk, the staff was really nice and friendly. However, the inconsistency in the drinks and the artificial taste were disappointing. read more
