It's very lightly seasoned and cooked perfectly tender and crispy. The onions and cabbage were very fresh and the noodles are perfectly textured. I feel like I'm chasing the success of Bambu (Asian Times Square) and looking for the same level of quality without that dang powder; it seems many places are using powder.
