Loved the pho and spring rolls and more! Great atmosphere and staff! The food was hot and good!

Back again for more Vietnamese goodness! This time I tried the rare beef pho with zoodles (zucchini noodles), such a great low-carb alternative. This is actually the only pho spot I know in the DFW area that offers zoodles instead of rice noodles, and I love that they cater to different dietary needs. The broth was flavorful and comforting without feeling heavy. We also shared the egg rolls, which were a hit, wrapped in rice paper for that crispy chewy texture combo. Super satisfying! My friends tried the pho dac biet (combination) and the pho ap chao (crispy chow fun style noodles) and both got thumbs up. Portion sizes were generous too. To top it off, we sipped on mango lychee and mango pineapple smoothies, super refreshing and not overly sweet!

I got the combination pho ($14) and egg roll($9). Egg rolls were crispy but did not have much flavor. The fish sauce was also not to flavorful compared to other Vietnamese restaurants. The pho was also quite meh, it did have a beef flavor but there was no savory umami taste. The meats itself were quite tender. The inside is very modern and upscale. Staff were friendly. Overall the food was a big miss for me, a lot of the pho flavor was just not there. It's definitely an "Asian fusion" feel, not an authentic Vietnamese feel. I would pass on this restaurant. Our fav spot to enjoy a Vietnamese meal, our go to spot! This place is a must as they have authentic Vietnamese food with great favors!

Excellent food, great service & ambiance. The restaurant is airy, modern and bright. Since it was my first time there, I asked the server for her favorites or the most popular items. I started with the traditional shrimp & pork spring rolls (goi cuon). It came with warmed peanut sauce which was a nice touch. She suggested the strawberry banana smoothie, but I'm not a huge fan of that combo so I went with strawberry mango and added regular boba. Came in a cute cup and it was refreshing. The grilled pork banh mi sandwich was overflowing with meat. Great value for the money! She said the combo pho was the most popular item, but since I had a TON of food, I went with the kid's rare beef pho. The broth was delicious.

I love this Vietnamese spot! It is nicely decorated and modern. It is spacious inside and clean. They have 2 single stall restrooms and plenty of parking. We ordered a bunch of dishes and everything tasted so good. The staff was so nice especially Long. He was super friendly. I highly recommend this spot for delicious Viet food.

My first Vietnamese restaurant experience was my land in Halton city, a few years later came My Lan Bistro and Alliance, and now My LAN in Colleyville. When I say they have the best Vietnamese food in the area I mean, and we have been to a lot of Vietnamese restaurants in the Tarrant county area. Our favorite appetizer is the egg rolls for entrees Pho soup, it's big it's meaty with lots of broth and noodles., pork noodle bowl is another favorite. It has plenty of meat Noodles lettuce on the bottom, sprinkled with pickled carrot and cucumbers. They also have delicious fried rice with various meats and Korean barbecue is one of the best I've ever eaten. There's really nothing on the menu that's subpar. The service is always great and very clean. If you've never tried Vietnamese food, you're missing out.

The best pho this side of town! So grateful to have finally found a delicious Pho near me! We used to drive 30 minutes away for a good pho place, but this quickly has become our new go-to spot! Super fresh, and they give you just the right amount of the herbs, and condiments. We have gotten this as dine-in and delivery and it never disappoints. Try it! You won't regret it!

More like a 3.75 out of 5 stars. I was craving banh mi, and needed to find a place on my way home. The place i typically go to was closed due to remodeling, and glad i found this spot. I ended up getting a pork banh mi and a kid's steak vermicelli dish. (i really hate how they discriminate adults from getting a kid's dish... sometimes i'm not that hungry and want a smaller portion. lol) Anyways, both the banh mi and the vermicelli were good. Out of the two, the banh mi was way better in my opinion. I know i got the kid's vermicelli dish, but it was just noodles and pieces of steak. it was simple, but definitely hit the spot with the fish sauce. i can't comment about the service, since i took the food to go. This place is kinda hidden from the main street, but you'll see a sign in front for you to turn in.

When I tell you this place does not skimp out on meat! Honestly it's the best pho places I've been to. And no joke I've been here like 10 times in the last month ever since I've discovered this place. I've ate in and got take out- the portions are still the same. Fantastic. Flavor is good. And don't forget to ask for chili oil. Not paste. Oil. So good! If you are the owner reading this, please don't change your portions. Your customers will truly reward you by keep coming back.

I've been to the original off of Belknap most of my life. But it's a bit of a drive now that I live in Bedford. I was excited to see that they opened a cafe in Colleyville and had to check it out. I've been twice now. The pho is good, I've had the seafood and beef combination. The meat is always delicious, but I can never finish my meal! And I don't enjoy reheated pho. So I tend to end up leaving a lot behind. What keeps me coming back most are the eggrolls. I can't find them like this anywhere! I love that they're served with all the veggies so you can wrap them up and dip them in the delicious fish sauce. So delicious! A typical meal for 2, plus egg rolls, and a 20% tip runs about $50. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is always great. My only complaint is that the chairs are soooo uncomfortable. They're very narrow and put pressure on your hips. While the aesthetics is beautiful, they are not great for sitting for more than 15 mins!

At no point, did she acknowledge anyone in the line, not even a look or a simple greeting. As I waited in line, I observed the store and I noticed the case with pastries, looked incredibly stale; I visited around their closing hour, so maybe that's why they looked a bit dry. What I did like: The eatery was very clean and they had a noodle station, I thought that was cute. I haven't seen that in a boba shop before, I would enjoy using it if I run into something like that again, at another shop. My Chai, it was okay. I've found, sometimes, if there's too much syrup, there's an after taste and that's what happened with this drink. I tried to drink as much as I could, but ended up throwing it away. I will not be visiting again.

The inside of the store itself is super cute! Seating available & fun little drinks you don't see all the time as well as the ramen wall! I have interacted with both the man & woman these other reviews speak of, but I can tell you right now that the donuts & all the other foods are very good, the smoothies are my favorite! The Thai tea with boba is a good choice, but keep in mind this is a donut shop that doubles as boba shop. So these people are up at the crack of dawn like a donut place would be, & then they're open way past the normal time for closing to accommodate their boba business. So as you might imagine, the donuts are going to be the ones they made fresh that morning! Early in the morning! Logic would tell me that they are not going to be fresh because it's past the time frame for that. If you want fresh donuts 24hrs around the clock go to Shipleys girl The other reviews make me a wee bit sad but all I can say is this, if when you walk into a place & the people seem miserable, chances are they likely are. If every time I walked into a situation I chose to be in, I let someone else's discontent with life scare me off, I'd be just as miserable as they are. So I'd like to challenge you all to have some thicker skin! Don't let what others have going on ruin your whole experience in something. Extend kindness & grace even when it's not given to you right away. They are there to do a job not become your best friend, but maybe they need to receive a smile today more than you do!

Upon entering the store, it's averagely welcoming with plenty of tea options, ice cream and macaroons. I like their variety, but despite the large selection of drinks, they're mostly the same type of drinks you'd find in other stores, including boba tea classics, smoothies, shakes and coffee. Their shake was watery/thin, despite asking for a thicker shake. I also ordered the strawberry milk tea. Tastes great but nothing too special. The store could benefit with hiring extra workers. There was only one girl covering the front and the making of all drinks. It wasn't rush hour- with one couple ordering after us- we were the first in line but it took about 10 minutes for us to get our 2 drinks. I wouldn't mind coming back here if a friend wants to go, but it would be a pass for me. However, I enjoyed their birthday flavored ice cream macaroon. If you're a fan of black sugar milk tea and want to try something different, this is a good choice. The honey popping boba was interesting, though I personally felt the drink was already sweet enough without it. My husband has more of a sweet tooth, so it was right up his alley. 24 oz Taro Matcha Latte with Oat Milk ($6.29) + Tapioca ($0.75) + Coconut Jelly ($0.75): Pretty good overall, but I didn't really taste the matcha; it leaned much more toward a taro milk tea. I thought adding coconut jelly might be too many flavors, but it actually worked well. The tapioca was unsweetened with a chewy texture. We asked to switch the tapioca for coconut jelly, but both ended up being added instead.
