The peppermint latte and the regular cappuccino were delicious. The cranberry orange scone was perfection better than when I make them. It's a small place. I wish there were more places to sit just to enjoy a cup of coffee and a pastry versus next-door where was a sit down service. We choose to just grab and go. I would come back again.

This is a lovely place to have breakfast. Our server was attentive and gave us her favorites on the menu. We ended up ordering Quiche Lorraine, a ham quiche, one pancake, and an almond croissant along with a cup of coffee. The coffee was good, but the bit of a dark roast for me . The pancake was pretty good as well as the almond croissant. However, the two quiches were the star of the show! These are big and hearty pieces of quiche - so delicious! The next morning, we popped by to get a few goodies. We ordered the danish, sticky bun and blueberry muffin. The sticky bun and muffin were are favorites. We would return here if we were visiting Grapevine again.

had to try this place while in Dallas due to the many reviews. Service alone is phenomenal! Can't really complain except for the tipping for takeouts. i still did it bit still .. he was right in front of me, lol. Ordered desserts to go as a present; everything looked scrumptuous. I had to order the m&m's cookie, french onion soup (cup) and iced coffee. i was a bit dissapointed with the presentation but it was full of flavor. iced coffee was just ok Ambiance was very homie; small little shop but really nice & inviting

Delicious cookies that melt in your mouth. I had the white chocolate macadamia cookie with a crystallized crust, it was fabulous. I had a lavender hot latte that was also delicious. I sat and studied at at a table with another gal and we tapped away on our iPads awhile. The waitress run by with scrumptious looking items for the restaurant so I know it's the happening spot in town. Be sure to stop in for a meal or quick coffee- you'll love it here.

I visited Main Street Bistro and Bakery around 9am on a Thursday, hoping to indulge in a breakfast item and delicious treats. However, my experience at this establishment left much to be desired due to its poor customer service and apparent disregard for customer satisfaction. As you can see in my photos, the bakery side was not busy, and I saw no less than ten employees, many of which walked past me, diverted eyes and seemed preoccupied and disinterested in assisting customers, including the barista in front of the cash register who couldn't be bothered to acknowledge anyone or give a polite we "will be right with you." Despite attempts to engage with employees passing by or the gentleman I assume was the manager based on his blue button-up shirt (the rest of the employees were dressed in black), I was met with curt or no response. Having waited for so long, I had a sunk time and eventually ordered when I should have left, but I only ordered from the bakery grab and go as there was no way I could wait any longer for a made-to-order meal. I had a cold croissant, and it was ok, but it wasn't worth the time and treatment. It was evident that customer service was not a priority at this bakery. Still, they will continue to thrive based on the Main St location, so I recommend a kiosk ordering system for bakery goods to be boxed and provided to customers, allowing people have an opportunity for baked goods while employees continue to have the seemingly desired minimal interaction. I won't patronize an establishment that treats people as invisible, not only is it unprofessional, but it is also unkind, I will not be back.

The ambiance, service and especially the food... AAAmazing!!!!! Love to dine here either for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Since it's located on Main St. of Downtown Grapevine and with its modernized & cozy dining area, you can entertain any out-of-town guests with confidence.

Of course Main Street Bistro is a Grapevine institution, and I love it! It pains me to give a four star rating. We were seated right away, which was great! We each ordered custom omelets with the waffle fries plus strawberries with romanoff sauce. The food was pretty good, though the omelet was dry, and we were both surprised that there was just a mound of cheese on top, most unmelted. The main reason I have a four is our server. I don't know if he was having a bad day or if waiting tables is not suited for him. He was pretty clueless and slow.

Came here based on some recommendations off Yelp and menu items. The ambience inside is cool, staff is pretty friendly. This place was at best OK for food. It didn't seem home cooked. The ketchup is cheap synthetic stuff. Would I come back, not sure.

Best almond croissants I ever had. They also have very good food. The main reason however I would return, is the almond croissants.

She led me back to the table with my friends and created some small talk on the way, so that was a nice change of pace, considering many people just point you on your way. We were seated near the back which seemed to be somewhat like an open kitchen feel, which I actually thought was pretty cool. Our waitress was very fast and helpful with picking out our foods based on our likes. Once the food came out, everyone seemed to really enjoy their meals, including myself. We started the table off with the biscuits and fried green tomatoes (demolished!). I kept it simple with the chicken and waffles (delicioius and crispy), which was a HUGE helping (yum!). Others at my table enjoyed the the shrimp and grits and WB chicken sandwich. No complaints heard from them! Overall, I really enjoyed the ambiance, the food, the service, and the experience I had for my first time there. Would come back again for dinner to see if there is a difference.

My husband and I decided to split the Biscuit & Gravy Omelet, and it was the perfect choice. The omelet was stuffed with a biscuit and smothered in rich, flavorful sausage gravy--comfort food at its finest! The portion was huge and worked perfectly for sharing. We added a side of pancakes and hash browns, which completed the meal perfectly. The freshly squeezed orange juice was absolutely delicious and tasted incredibly fresh. A special shout-out to our server, Vanessa, who was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant also appeared to be very well staffed, which made for excellent service and a smooth dining experience, even on a busy Father's Day. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and had a nice atmosphere. Our server was very friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. I ordered a breakfast skillet, and it was good. The only thing I would say is that the hash browns and meat were cooked a little harder than I personally prefer. Other than that, everything was great. One thing I really appreciated was how quickly the food came out and nobody likes waiting forever when they're hungry! My friend ordered pancakes along with another breakfast item, and she enjoyed her meal as well. Overall, it was a nice brunch spot with great service, good food, and a comfortable atmosphere. Moving to Texas a while back, a friend said "never underestimate a restaurant in a strip mall"…read more Craftway Kitchen in Southlake isn't exactly in a strip mall, but in the outlot of a few big box retailers. We've driven past Craftway Kitchen more than a few times, always intrigued with a 'we have to try that place sometime'. Saturday night was sometime. Taking our chances as a party of three walk in's, the restaurant was full inside, and there were a few tables open on the patio. I generally don't like to eat on patios, because flies show up, etc. Not at Craftway... not sure what they were doing, but there wasn't a fly or other flying bug around. The patio wasn't just clean, it was meticulous. Welcoming too - It felt very much like an extension of the restaurant. Alex, our waiter was quick to bring water and menus. Returning to take drink orders, a margarita was ordered as was a glass of Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc. Drinks were quickly served. Water was never allowed to become empty. Alex asked if we had ever been to Craftway, we informed him this was our first visit. His ask "any allergies?" to which we said no. He disappeared, returning with an appetizer sampling plate with three items - the Reuben egg rolls, crab stuffed mushrooms, and blue cheese chips. All were fantastic! Three entrees ordered, the Chicken & Fig sandwich, Chicken Milanese and the Cajun pasta with Chicken. Food arrived; each entree was fantastic. Cooked to perfection, flavors were amazing. Dessert, shared, was a bread pudding with ice cream, a perfect finish. Alex never let beverages become empty, delivered superb service. The Chef circulated the room checking on satisfaction and chatting with patrons. Giving Craftway Kitchen a very well deserved 5-star rating. The staff did everything right! Departing, we talked about what we will order next time. We will be back to Craftway Kitchen!
