Throughout the years the prices have remained the same at this charming local Germany bakery. I'm grateful for that and the customer service here is quick and friendly. The bakery is spacious, warm and inviting. BreadHaus has delicious bread that is baked fresh throughout the week. I recommend their sourdough bread. For treats, I haven't had a pastry that I didn't like. My favorites are the cowboy cookie, blueberry scone, snickerdoodle and chocolate chip cookie. I look forward to my next visit.

just beautiful. I have some wurst from Muenster and lack the necessary skills to make my own proper brötchen so I stopped by BreadHaus. I came way too late in the day (didn't pre-plan at all haha) so I did miss the brötchen however I got some Bavarian rye & an olive loaf, plus a square of pumpkin spice crumble and lebkuchen. I immediately tried everything when I got home and I am THOROUGHLY impressed. I will be coming back immediately for the brötchen even though I'm quite far! I particularly recommend the olive bread: it genuinely tastes like you have just dipped a piece of great bread in some well seasoned, quality olive oil! Finding this bakery means a lot to me. I used to live in Germany as a child and because my memory isn't great, I mostly have my palate / sensory memory to go by. These flavors brought me right back. I noticed that stollen was being sold but I didn't pick it up just because I wasn't sure about the authenticity. Now I know that I definitely want a piece - you have to have at least a half loaf during the holidays!

My friend's mom is from Germany and raves about this place. You must only come here for bread and you must come early because they will sell out! It's just divine when you enter. The smell of all that fresh deliciousness with incredible ambience. The staff is welcoming and knows their product. Their kitchen is open and you can watch their expertise and bread oven. Completely worth visiting!!!

BreadHaus is an awesome bread bakery that has been in Grapevine for a number of years. My youngest and I stopped in to try it after dropping of my oldest at a camp, while we were deciding on something to do to fill the time before it was time to drop him off. We got various items, and we enjoyed everything that we picked up. Staff was friendly and helpful with it having been a first visit for us. We'll keep them in our loop when we need something for a nice dinner, or when we just want a treat when in this area!

Cinnamon raisin bread made into French toast topped with Trader Joe's pumpkin cream cheese. Thanks BreadHaus for making the bread!

I can make bread but not as well as Bread Haus! Every time I think it can't get any better, it does. How had I not tried the cinnamon raisin bread before today? I sure did take that bread home and made it into a gourmet breakfast that will surely cost me time on the elliptical and worth every single minute! French toast spread with Trader Joe's pumpkin cream cheese. Do yourself a favor and call in late to work so you can be at the shop at 9am to get the fresh bread while it lasts!

Friendly service, very helpful with making choices . Great smells once you walk in. I came here for the pecan pie! Left with pie, pretzels, sourdough loaf and candied pecans. The pecan pie is delicious, great crunch, flavor right on point . Will be back for more treats!

Serving Grapevine since 1996 BreadHaus takes an artisan approach to baking everything from Loaves to Pastries not far from historic Main Street, owners Mark and Petra Lively's focus on Organic Ingredients and Vegan offerings yielding a loyal following that often sees may items sold out long before closing. Built upon time honored traditions such as slow fermentation, the sizable Europe oven turning out a daily variety of Breads both sweet and savory, it is on arrival that a smell of Yeast is immediately detected while service is quiet but cordial and happy to make suggestions. Not built for the #gram as most items trend rustic, Lebkuchen loaded with Ginger and Citrus but one example, guests can expect prices far lower than other similar concepts with snappy Pecan Shortbread just a dollar and slices of Bourbon Pecan Pie with more Nuts than Filling for $4. Also home to a small larder selling dried Beans and Sauces, hours from 9:00a-4:00p Tuesday through Saturday worth mentioning, early April found Hot Cross Buns a little less fluffy than hoped while Sweet Potato and Almond Squares were each plenty moist, not overly sweet and generously portioned.

Bought several cookies and brownie. All stale and at least one day old maybe previously frozen. Usually really fresh. Disappointed.

The bread and everything is wonderful, but they sell out quickly. You must get there early and expect a possible wait.

Cookie Society - Southlake is one of the popular baker's newest locations located in Southlake. In…read morejust a few years, Cookie Society has grown the OG Frisco location (opened during COVID) to multiple stores in DFW. Luckily for the folks in Southlake, you now have your own place to go. My Overall Rating - 5 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - The location in Southlake is the smallest location that I've been to. While there's no merch, there is still the intoxicating smell of freshly baked cookies along with several cookies behind the glass case. It's simple, but that's ok with me. 1 Star. Service - The staff is super nice. I came (back) for Yelp Week (thanks again, Kendall) because it was an excuse for me to get more cookies. The staff offered to share their story, but I politely asked for the flavors of the month. They even packaged up the cookies in the beautiful Tiffany Blue boxes for me. 1 Star. Food - Full Disclosure, Cookie Society cookies are my favorite in all of DFW, so this review may be biased. Each cookie is perfectly baked where they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. If you choose one a flavor is something inside, it's soft and gooey. Cookie Society will rotate flavors each month, but they keep several staples on hand all the time (chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, etc.). It's a great excuse to return. Horchata Snickerdoodle was one of the rotating flavors as of this writing. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. I drove all the way to Frisco when Cookie Society opened. When the Addison location opened, I jumped for join b/c it was close to home. Now there's a Southlake location for my family. Can't wait go come back. 1 Star.
