Feng Cha is a boba tea place in the Shoppes of Heritage in Wake Forest. It is a nice location whether you order to go or stay and relax in the shop. It has a clean, relaxing atmosphere. You can order online, at the kiosk inside or at the register. I ordered a kiwi green tea with strawberry puree and boba and a mango tea with aloe vera and lychee jelly. When I ordered, I could create my own combination, ice amount and sweetness. I did 50% sweetness, but next time I will make it 25%. Both teas were refreshing. My order was ready when I arrived, and it was very convenient. The service was very friendly too. I will order boba tea here again. read more

Feng Cha is my go-to boba shop in Wake Forest. There's a wide variety of cold and hot teas, coffees, and milk teas to choose from. The shop is always clean, bright, and welcoming. They just added kiosks for easier ordering which is great because it can be very busy here (and for a good reason)! The staff are very nice and quick. Our favorite drinks are the mango breeze and kiwi basil tea. The Thai tea is also really solid, too. Some places can mess up Thai Tea but Feng Cha's is delicious. We love the customization of how much ice, sugar, and which jellies you can put in. If you love boba, definitely try Feng Cha! read more

Absolutely my new favorite drink shop. They need a drive thru option right off capital and I think they'd give Starbucks a run for their money. Service has been great every time. Walking in the smell of sweetness just awakens your senses! The service was amazing! So friendly & accommodating. It was a slow time Thursday around 3pm & our drinks were made right after ordering. There was someone waiting for fresh brown sugar boba to be made that had ordered ahead of us, but they have plenty of space to stretch out relax, take some cute pictures or even play the games available... dominoes, jenga, uno.... We ordered a taro milk tea to share & thankfully it's made with lactose free milk! It was delicious & creamy. The service is very nice and they always tell you when the tea needs to be steeped and that it'll take extra time. They also have decaf options. It kills me to do this, but I saw them using LACTAID in my order more than once instead of whole milk. They said it's for people who are lactose intolerant???? I guarantee a small percentage of your customers have this issue.So why not just put a sign up stating that they can request Lactaid? This is supposed to be tea with MILK, Coffee with MILK. I would bet most people don't want to ingest that garbage. Give people a choice. I loved this place, but I'm sorry this is unacceptable to me and there are quite a few places to get my Boba that use milk. read more

Mango au lait was delicious. I got it with 25% sugar (figuring mango is already sweet) and it was sweet enough for me. I added boba and cheese foam. I loved it. The boba was perfectly chewy, but I don't think I'd bother with cheese foam next time. If it was included I'd keep it but the drink is already creamy so I don't feel it adds a lot to this particular menu item. Others in my group enjoyed their milk tea with boba (regular sweetness; she loved it, I'd have cut it by 25%) and oreo drink concoction. Workers were friendly and helpful.
