    Taro milk tea
    Spenser K.

A nice place to grab a refreshing drink! I was able to attend the soft launch for Feng Cha and I am very glad I did. It is in a good location that is allows easy access from living areas close by. There is not much parking so you will probably have to find a place on the street to park if you are not walking. The interior is very contemporary featuring a white theme with some nice furniture that would allow for groups to sit and chat or for a person to sit by themselves and work/study. There is also free guest wifi which is nice. When I was in for the soft launch, it was quite loud and the noise tends to echo off of the empty floor space and empty wall so perhaps there could be some additional rugs or furniture to help with this. As for the drinks, they were all very tasty. I was able to try three different ones at the soft launch: taro milk tea, jasmine apple green tea, and I believe the last was strawberry breeze. The taro milk tea was creamy and flavorful with the boba that was just right as far as consistency goes; not too hard or too slimy. The jasmine green apple was very refreshing and I could see having this in the afternoon on a hot day. It even has diced up apples floating around which gave it a little something extra. The strawberry breeze was also good. It reminded me of a strawberry yogurt but a bit more fruity. The service was great and the workers were very friendly. I did not have to wait but a couple of minutes for my order. I will be back for sure to try other drinks and get ones I have had again!

Stopped in for some boba and ended up getting a bit more. The boba was great. I definitely recommend !!!! My fav is the creme brulee with tea yummy. My husband got mango milk with mango poping boba and lychee jelly it was pretty good, and we ended up getting cake the teramasu and the strawberry princess both were great . The place was clean as always, and the staff was super sweet. I'll be back forsure.

Great place to grab a drink and hangout/study. They also have board games that you can play with your friends. I ordered the creme brulee dirty boba, the flavor was really good with a little crunch every couple sips, and the boba were cooked well and weren't too chewy. The servers were very helpful and patient towards me when I was asking for more details on a couple of drinks. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

Happy to have a new boba place near the dorms! Feng Cha is a big chain store and has finally come to Purdue. The tea itself is good, but I was not a huge fan of the boba pearls as they did not have a good texture. Otherwise, this spot is super convenient for students and a nice treat. The inside is very aesthetic and clean.

Nice new boba location on Purdue Campus! I got the mango fantasy and it was pretty good. The combo of yogurt with mango made the drink super creamy and delicious. I love sago, but they seemed a little bit over cooked. My friend got the matcha latte and added crystal boba and her boba tasted a tad over cooked as well. The place is so well lit and I love their decor- can really see this being a great place to study and hang out with friends. They had a few games and jenga on the tables as well. Reminds me of mango mango vibes in terms of decor and ambiance.

But then mine eyes doth glanceth upon the words "Brisket Birria Sandwich" on the menu, and I had to pivot. I'm so glad that I went with my heart. The Brisket Birria Sandwich at Ripple & Company consists of smoked brisket, white cheddar, red onions and cilantro, all melted and pressed between a roll, and served with birria consomme. You dip the sandwich in the consomme and eat, kind of like a French dip. Dip and eat, dip and eat, until you can't dip and eat anymore, either because it's all gone or because your stomach is about to burst. It's a big sandwich, and it is also served with incredibly delicious fries, which doesn't help with the stomach bursting thing. This whole meal is amazing and I would visit Ripple & Company just to eat this exact thing again. I visited with people who ate at Ripple & Company quite frequently, and they got their favorites: The Black & Gold Pub Burger, and the Cajun Shrimp Tacos, with a side of roasted Brussels sprouts. Everyone enjoyed everything. As a nice surprise, one of my dining mates ordered the Smokehouse Nachos for us to share, as if we didn't have enough food. But there's a different chamber in my stomach for chips and nachos, and luckily, that chamber was empty, so it worked out just fine. The nachos are great, with tender pieces of shredded pork, pickled jalapenos, a vegetable mix, green onions and chipotle ranch drizzled on top. The service here is great: We were seated right away, ordered right way, and our food came out within a good amount of time. The decor is car and transportation themed, with traffic signs and hubcaps hung up on the walls. Very fun.

Known for being new to the ice cream scene in Lafayette, Indiana, it didn't disappoint. The service was impressively swift, ensuring that we could enjoy our treat without any unnecessary wait. For two, sharing three scoops was a delightful decision, as the portion sizes were generous, offering excellent value. We indulged in espresso and blueberry cheesecake, alongside peanut butter fudge each flavor offering a rich and satisfying experience. This establishment is highly recommended for anyone seeking a cozy spot to enjoy ice cream sourced directly from a local farm in southern Indiana. I'll definitely be returning to Every's Ice Cream for another taste of their creamy ice cream, that is around 16 percent butter fat , which is high for the industry and the smooth textures confirmed this! We also found it is not overly sweet so that you can taste the flavors intended. RATINGS & LOGISTICS: - Atmosphere: 8/10 - Food Quality: 9/10 - Service/Flow: 9/10 - Value: 9/10 - Would Return: Yes. You get the dang salted chocolate chip cookie; plus a honey, fig and pecan scone; plus a pecan sable-type cookie, just to round everything out. I couldn't help myself! They also had cupcakes, frosted cookies, rugelach, baklava, sandwich cookies and biscotti. The salted chocolate chip cookie was indeed amazing, but I really loved the pecan sable cookie, which crumbled nicely and melted in my mouth. I love a good sandy cookie. The people behind the counter were friendly and patient while I made my very important choices of what to get. Their soft serve ice cream is nothing short of amazing, and the fresh, cooked-to-order hamburgers are a perfect savory counterpart; the barbecue burger, in particular, is an absolute must-try. My wife raves about their frozen treats, expertly blending soft serve with cookie dough and M&M's. It's clear this place is a gem when both loyal locals and curious tourists consistently flock here. The building itself, an iconic fixture in Lafayette since the 1960s, holds a rich history as one of the area's first drive-ins, adding an extra layer of nostalgia to every delicious bite. Despite the consistently long wait of about 15 minutes, the efficient service, rated 8/10, keeps things moving, ensuring you get your treats swiftly. Parking is surprisingly easy, a huge plus for a popular spot. While the energetic atmosphere (9/10) is undeniable, it's worth noting that Budges doesn't cater specifically to young children, lacking highchairs and perhaps better suited for older kids or adults looking for a classic drive-in experience.
