The place is a little off th beaten path, but everyone that works there is so very very nice and kind. I went in there for what I thought was a hyperthyroid condition, and it turns out just to be a lot of stress. The acupuncturist was very patient with me in the consultation (only $20) and the acupuncture treatment was very thorough (though not necssarily relaxing after all there are needles going into your body). He also did this other things on my spine which involved activating my vertebrae/loosening them up. I also received a tui na massage which was very very helpful. The doctor went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and to recommend me other additional ways to help change what I was experiencing (yoga and tai qi/qi gong) as well as other thoughtful advice. I highly recommend!

The highlights: - Moderately STRONG pressure and thorough massage technique common among Asian shops but hard to find among American chain shops. I came in towards the end of the day around 7pm and the pressure was fantastic. - Extremely reasonable prices. A full-body deep tissue was around $40 in December 2025. I live in Chicago and consider massages as a once or twice-a-year luxury, but I legitimately dream about flying back to visit Coco Spa. My NYC friends have visited and can attest to the quality. I cannot say enough good things about this place. If you have any hesitation, let these hard working folks massage it out at Coco Spa!

Not fun and wasn't the best message due to this. I think it is just common sense to have nails cut if your profession is massage. Then when I was leaving I was told my 20% tip was not good enough and I should tip 35%...are you out of your mind????? Her reasoning was "because this is flushing". I think I will be finding a new spot in the neightborhood.

She is a sweet older lady. She started with a detailed dry massage and then went in to the oil massage. The dry massage hit the spot, it was the perfect pressure. When she started with the oil massage I was sold. She hit all the correct pressure points and removed all knots. I have a desk job and I run. The pressure was definitely higher on the oil massage but I've had worse and it felt amazing! She focused on my shoulders and lower back both of which I needed the massage for. I didn't even need to tell her, her experience spotted my problem points. I was able to relax although it was very lightly painful. It wasn't like some of the rough massages I've had in the past. I didn't leave the place in pain but left feeling so relaxed. I go every month for a massage and this was literally the best massage of my life. The only caveat is that I wish she had focused on my legs a bit more. The place is very clean, it has rooms, they play light music but you can hear if someone is talking next door. The people are friendly as well! I will recommend this location, I haven't been to the one in Manhattan but I've read not good reviews of that location. I will be back and would like to try out their other services! Yao Yao literally has magic in her hands!

I found this place and we decided to go not only was it way out from where we live but parking sucks. Whatever we finally make it to our appointment on time we had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes before they would actually speak to us and check us in. The lady asked us if we've ever been there before we said no and it didn't make much of a difference. The massage themselves weren't as bad as experience. They were actually pretty good other than the fact that they did whatever they wanted to do during the 30 minute body and a 30 minute foot messages the end of the experience is what got me. Not only on arrival that I have to pay extra for both me and my girlfriend to have hot stones during our massage, $10 each by the way, they also claim that tip should be no lower than $15. They have a sign that says that and they don't allow people to leave unless you pay higher than $15 in tip for each masseuse. I attempted to pay my masseuse a five dollar tip which realistically I wasn't gonna do anyways but you know out of respect. I'm like I'm gonna give five dollars and he seemed disgusted by my five and refused it. I was utterly appalled and extremely aggravated so I just pulled out a 20 broken down in half and left with a attitude. I feel like they are very unprofessional and money hungry that's my personal opinion though. Everybody else can act as though the end doesn't throw them off, but it threw me. I will never be returning and i made sure to make that extremely clear to the receptionist who was trying to get me to leave a positive review in hopes of $10 off of my next money hungry greedy massage. fuck no.

The spa has been in business for over 30 years, and that experience shines through in everything they do. The aestheticians and masseuses are incredibly experienced and professional. A huge shoutout to Vivian, Ting Ting, Cindy, Lily, Lisa, Lulu, and AYing--they are all fantastic! The staff is consistently warm and friendly, and the facility is always immaculate. If you carry tension, their full-body massage is heavenly. The masseuses have masterful strong hands and an intuitive ability to pick up on my trouble spots without me even having to mention them. They get deep into the tissues to ease every knot with perfect pressure. I've brought many friends and family members here for massages and facials over the years, and every single person has loved their experience One thing I love about Jing's is that they continually invest in new machines and products to bring the best technology to their patrons. Even though I have very sensitive skin, I have never had a problem with any of the products they use. I've tried their entire facial menu, and each one is fantastic. The M22IPL M22 IPL is a game-changer for sun damage! It works almost instantly to erase those summer sun dark spots. The BDR is my personal favorite. I feel so relaxed and pampered, and I always leave with my skin refreshed and glowing. The Aquafacial, Biboting, & Special Facials are all excellent and tailored to your specific needs. Pro tips: Definitely call in advance to make an appointment, as they stay busy! For extra special treat, I highly recommend enjoying a massage first to loosen up, followed by your favorite facial. Add on a head therapy at the end for the ultimate self-care experience. You will walk out feeling like a new person! With their year-round promotions and consistent high quality, Jing's is a true gem. Whether you need deep therapeutic work or a glowing complexion, I cannot recommend them enough!

Don't expect separate rooms, each "room" is separated by curtains which gives you some privacy. Despite that, I selected the signature scalp treatment. They spent at least 60 minutes washing then blow drying my hair. Recommend you get there early for your appointment. Felt my hair wash and treatment was excellent. Scalp cleaning and massage to the head, shampoo that cater to my hair type, massage on the neck and shoulders, hair streaming, and blow dry. Truly worth the money and time if you can splurge.

The positioning was a little awkward for me personally, but that has everything to do with my own build and the neck injuries I carry around, not anything on their end. Once you settle in, having your head massaged and washed with herbal treatments is genuinely relaxing. My hair felt noticeably soft by the end. I got a good laugh when the technician recommended option eight, which is listed as promoting hair growth. I figured she was just being diplomatic given what is happening up top, but then I found out she told Wifey the same thing. So either it is a standard recommendation or they are both very polite. The session runs about an hour and it is a fun experience, as you can see from the pictures. After that we moved into the foot massage, and for me that was the highlight of the whole visit. I will be honest, there were moments when the pressure hit some sensitive spots and I may have startled the technician a little. At one point I drifted off and twitched myself awake, which was probably more entertaining for her than for me. But I stayed present the rest of the time and genuinely enjoyed it. If your legs take a beating on a regular basis, this is the kind of relief that actually registers. The pricing is reasonable and the experience delivers. If you can only pick one, go with the foot massage. It felt great and I will definitely be back. We needed this. After a few chaotic days we took a day off and we treated ourselves, finished it off with some food and dessert, and just enjoyed the time together. Every once in a while you have to do that.

They accommodated his one hour foot massage ($40) and my hour body and hour foot ($80). A 30 min foot massage is $30, while a hour service is $40 .. it's a no brainer - get the hour! I'm glad I made the appointment because the place was pretty packed when we arrived. I guess IKang Foot Spa came up on everyone's social media threads. My husband enjoyed his foot massage for the most part, he did complain to me that the gentleman he had didnt really pick up on his flinching cues when the pressure got to be too much. But he said that was the end and 90% of the massage was great. My masseuse, Leo, did a great job on both of my massages. One thing I did notice though is .. during my typical body massages at other places, I turn over half way but here, I didn't. I'm definitely not complaining, I actually preferred it this way. Leo concentrated on the knots in my shoulder and lower back, where I told him was my problem areas. IKang Foot Spa's big pitch is that TIPS aren't required for in-store services but tbh, if you're going in .. don't be THAT person that doesn't tip. I definitely will be returning here! Wishing IKang Foot Spa continued success!!
