Good customer support. We ran into a couple of hiccups like our exterminator was running late and we were not notified until I called to verify. Second was I was being double charged for a service. We had bees in the backyard and we thought there might be a beehive on the tree, so I called the folks at Fenn Termite and they have dispatched someone for the afternoon, the tech name was Jacob, and such a polite and helpful person, and he inspected the place and found no hive and apparently the bees are after pollination on our tree. They came out the first time and we didn't want to do the inside for ants so he just sprayed outside . So it seem to help but then they were back and all over the kitchen and bathroom . Miguel was our Fenn Tech for the extermination phase of the project and he was great! Arrived on time and got to work. He was very thorough and explained a lot about bee behavior. He found a rotting exterior trim board on the second story, most likely from a previous roof leak. That board attracted the bees who decided it was a great place to build a hive. We had a great experience with Fenn Termite & Pest Control. Our inspector was Juan Salas. He arrived promptly and was very professional. He did the inspection of the house and identified where we were having problems with termites. He sprayed outside of the home and cleaned all of the cobwebs around the house. Based on the inspection, it was determined we would need to tent the house soon to ensure we got all of the termites. Juan explained the procedure to us and patiently answered all of our questions. Fenn Termite & Pest Control understands how inconvenient this process is and based on our discussions with Juan, they ensure it is done quickly, but effectively. Drew the owner of Fenn was the one that quicky provide the quote and answered all my messages through yelp platform .
