Recently, I had a large bulb not just blow out on my reptile habitat, but it EXPLODED with glass cutting into the wire screen top, damaging it, and glass shards going into the habitat! I contacted the store where I purchased the lightbulb and they directed me to contact the manufacturer. After numerous photos of the damage and broken glass pieces/bulb, copies of receipts, and emails sent to their customer service department regarding this dangerous explosion taking place, they finally tell me that the bulb was out of warranty and there is nothing they will do. I wanted them to replace the damaged screen because a bulb should not EXPLODE WITH FLYING GLASS! My son was in the room when this happened and he could have been blinded by glass. The light fixture's hood contained the broken glass because it was sitting on top of the wire screen above the 50 gallon reptile tank. I would not recommend any Exo Terra products if this is the type of follow-up to a dangerous incident with one of their products. The damage is something I have to pay for, according to them. I am thankful that no glass cut my son, nor the 5 foot snake in the habitat. Beware using Exo Terra products and dealing with this company.

The groomer cut my dog's paw trying to trim her nails. When I called the manager to let her know,…read moreshe said the groomer tried to cut her nails, but the dog was biting her so she stopped. So her explanation was no way it was the groomer who had caused the injury because she hadn't been able to cut the nails. I would have understood if she was apologetic, but I don't like not admitting a mistake. I wish they had told me she was biting at pick up, but it was never mentioned. Hopefully the groomer doesn't hurt anymore animals. I had been a good customer until this. I see the review before mine resulted in another hurt animal. Do not bring your pet here.

Jack Russells are notorious little crazed beasts, with an intense amount of energy. Having PITV as our walker has done wonders for Max. Elizabeth is his walker and is absolutely beyond phenomenal. She cares for Max as well as (or possibly better!) than we do. He's weird around other dogs, but she has worked closely with him and created an environment when he walks with ELEVEN other dogs in his group, without a hitch. Elizabeth sends us amazing pictures of Max every single time she walks him, and is excellent at communicating with us regarding his behavior (good and bad!). Paws in the 'Ville provides an absolute reliable, friendly service. We were brand-new dog owners when we started with them and Seana did everything we needed to assist us and created a huge level of trust. When we needed to switch walkers after one left PITV, Max had some issues transitioning - barking like crazy when a different walker came to get him and refusing to go with them. Seana worked closely with us until she found Elizabeth to work with Max. We felt completely supported throughout. I can honestly say that PITV is absolutely the best bang for the buck. It's beyond worth every penny we spend to know that Max is in extremely capable hands. Great communication, great community, great owner, great walkers.
