Dumpy and dirty. Pizza boxes overnight in the break room by the restrooms. Filthy bathroom. Limited supply. Go elsewhere.

MILLIS STORE & CORP CUSTOMER SERVICE: are wildly inept. The young BOY who tried to assist me was 100% inexperienced and had no idea how to cancel an order that did not ship as scheduled. 30 min later he finally attempted to transfere me to his mgr and also hung up on me. The old lady at customer service needed me to repeat my request SEVEN TIMES and still couldn't do it. How hard is it to cancel an order and rebook it ???? read more

Always get a great deal for the 40 lb bag of pelletized bedding.. lasts me a good couple of months as I use it in litter boxes for my rabbits. I've joined the rewards program although I'm not sure of the perks (probably haven't spent enough yet to get anything) so if anyone knows about the rewards program feel free to enlighten me! For anyone looking for seat covers for their car / truck, saw some by Browning on sale in the clearance area for $9.99 today. First time I honestly ever looked at the clearance here. Another thing to get cheap here is the wild bird food. Selection is pretty good, large bags and cheap prices... now the test is to see if the birds out back like the seeds! read more

Not happy at all with service this morning at tractor supply in Millis. While waiting in line to make a purchase with an employee code there was no WiFi and my code timed out.I had to search for it again when it was my turn. The cashier asked me to step aside while she took a return that would need management approval, and had me wait a lot longer than I took to find my code. She then proceeded to ask the manager if I could use the code like I was stealing something. Bad attitude and poor customer service all around. read more

Do not trust ANY positive review for tractorsupply.com. Multiple attempts to post a review of the Dewalt storage shelving sold on their website. Each attempt was rejected. This storage unit was listed for $139 online. The website was not functioning properly and I could not complete the purchase until the following morning. The price now jumped from $139 to "$197 ON SALE." Some sale. My review was repeatedly rejected and they have lost a valued customer for life!!! read more

This store, Tractor Supply Co (TSC), just opened their doors on their sparkling new store along gorgeous Route 109 in Millis. I have seen a few of there stores in the past throughout my many travels along various treks ; nevertheless, never have gotten a chance to actually check out any of their stores until now. Since it's a new, local store, I figured I'd go in and see what they sold and what this place was like. I would have thought it was only a store selling tractors; however, telling from others who I know that shop here regularly (at the store in Taunton), they sort of have a very odd assortment of stuff. And to my conclusions upon leaving the store today, I agree completely. This store has clothing (yes, you heard right), pet toys / food, hardware, paint, home decor, and much much much more. And the best of all is the live chickens! Yes, again, LIVE CHICKENS! Also, Susan, one of the associates here, is super friendly, kind and helpful in all manners. She seems to really enjoy helping people and answering questions.... a fresh breath of air from the normal grumpy, annoyed associates of other hardware-type stores. Or not being able to find an employee at all. Cool place, worth checking out, along 109 in Millis. Highly suggest stopping in here.... it won't be a disappointment. 5 stars. read more

we stopped by Tractor Supply Co. in Millis on a whim to look at a riding lawn mower since our own mower had stopped working. Roger, who works at the store, could not have been more helpful. He took the time to explain the mower's operation and also gave us the name of a local guy who could come and take away our mower. Thank you, Roger, you saved the day! read more

Just left this place (now at Lowe's). First time in a Tractor Supply store. Employees need to brush up on customer service. I needed a large amount of grass seed because I was going to over seed my lawn which is about 1 acre. Stood by the display for a while and couldn't find any prices displayed on the merchandise. No one bothered to assist me even though 3 employees were standing together about 15 feet away yapping with each other. I think one of them was the manager(yellow shirt). With a little effort they could have made an easy sale. Not going back. read more

I am utterly appalled by a manager's mistreatment of her employees (in front of customers!) at the Millis store (store 2175). I overheard an employee making an inquiry with the manager Kristen. Kristen then rudely replied to her employee "Don't ask me questions when I am working on something else, I don't have time for your trivial shit". If this is the type of personality and management skill Tractor Supply sees fit for a managing position, I see absolutely no reason to continue using your store. read more

Back in April of 2018. my friend and I decided to buy some chicken coops they had on sale. Since we didn't have the money for them, we put them on layaway. They had my coop in stock and put it on layaway. They didn't have my friend's coop but they said they'd order it from another store and keep it there. The next couple of months, we both made our payments on time. They even called my friend to tell her that they had accidentally damaged her coop and were going to give her one that was $300 more than the one she had put on layaway as compensation. So we go to the store to make the last payment and pick up our coops. They had hers in the back. No problem. Mine was another story entirely. Apparently, they sold my coop that was supposed to be on layaway at some point over the last few months. They never contacted me to say that they had inadvertently sold it (they didn't know when). They just let me keep making payments on a coop that they didn't have. To make matters worse, they didn't even have a coop of any kind, at any price or at any store to give me! The manager gave me some lame line about that they were getting baby chicks in a few weeks and they might (I stress, might) have some then. When I came back to the store a few weeks later, they had chicks but no coop. They did refund my money in the end but I'm still at a loss as to how someone can mess up something simple like a layaway transaction. read more

BUYER BEWARE: I made an online purchase for a Christmas gift which had to be returned. I delivered the return to the store and handed it over to a clerk, packaged, labelled but still to date they have not refunded my money. They have acknowledge that they have the merchandise but they keep blaming the fact that I have not received a refund on my bank. BS! This is outright theft. read more

Recently, 4 of my college friends decided to buy some ducks, not knowing how to raise them and hoped that someone at this store would be able to help them. The woman who sold them directly said she had no idea how to take care of them, then proceeded to give them the wrong food (which they could choke and die on), the wrong bedding, did not ask if that had a heat lamp, etc. She did not ask any questions about if they had the proper place to stay outside, access to a coop or fenced in area, a pond, or anything of the sort. If someone is interested in buying ANY pet, especially ones that need a lot of care and land, the person selling them must be educated on these animals. I will be contacting the manager to make a personal complaint about this employee. read more
