I still can't believe that our Paco actually reaches out for him when he arrives. If you knew Paco, you'd understand just how remarkable that is. With other groomers, Paco would come home stressed and anxious. With Frankie, he comes back happy, relaxed, and looking absolutely amazing. We had a very bad experience. Our dogs have been to a few different groomers over the years and we have never had issues and have never had their session canceled midsession. Yes, my dogs are shy and nervous but they have never bitten anyone and not one groomer has ever said they had issues before today. I have one dog that doesn't like the trimmers close to his face and groomers have said they needed to leave it a bit longer to not make him too anxious. Only two dogs were attempted and the groomer was very short and rude. There was no patience since the moment he was at the door. As he walked away with the second one, he made an under his breath comment along the lines of "let's see if you are better than your brother". When you have a negative attitude and vibe, what do you think you will get from the dogs you are grooming. Our dog that needs the grooming the most was not attempted and now we are on a 3 week delay with our last groomer. I tried Fergie as his spa packages were more competitively priced, however this is not the groomer for us and this is the first negative experience ever with a groomer in 8 years. read more

Our almost 4-year-old Standard Poodle, Tegan, has been a client of Fergie's Paw Spa for over a year and a half. I honestly can't sing enough praises of Fergie's Paw Spa and Frankie. He's very friendly, easy to work with, communicative, and professional. It's also so convenient and helpful to have the beauty-shop come to us. Tegan absolutely adores Frankie, and so do we! He truly cares about our sweet girl and always does a phenomenal job. I must commend his skill as a groomer, especially since she is quite the hyper, wiggly, and "vocal" client. She needs to share her excitement of seeing him with the whole neighborhood, after all. Fergie's Paw Spa is where it's at for dog grooming!! Before Fergie's came out our two pomskies were looking pretty rough due to them shedding their winter coats. Well after what I can only assume is Frankie working some sort of magic, our fur babies came back with silky smooth coats, with little bandannas, and a bag of treats for each!! He has such a gentle way with pets, that I instantly felt at ease knowing our babies were in good hands during their spa treatments. Scheduling was a breeze, and Frankie was extremely easy to work with even when I had to push our appointment back a week. We will definitely be using Fergie's Paw Spa from now on. read more

Frankie and Fergie's Paw Spa are an amazing mobile grooming business loved and adored by many. Frankie goes above and beyond to make your baby and you feel comfortable. We chat for a few minutes, discuss the groom and he holds your baby and lets them sniff all over to overcome the jitters. Frankie provides attention and to detail and takes such good care of your baby. I highly recommend Fergie's to anyone who has babies young and old. He is the only one that can give my 15 yo man a pedi! That speaks volumes to me. He always gives them goody bags with treats and special little ties or bandanas. I absolutely love them. Fergie's Paw Spa is amazing! I have a 13 yr old Golden who has a hard time standing for too long and getting him in and out of vehicles to take to Petco or PetSmart just wasn't working anymore, plus they take FOREVER (4 hours) to finish bathing and blow drying him. Frankie is efficient with Benny and gets the job done quick (1.5 hours) and he always looks AMAZING afterwards. and getting him into the van is much easier than my own vehicle since it's lower. we've used Fergie's Paw Spa multiple times and have been pleased with the services every time. I had the pleasure of using Fergie's Pet Spa services this past weekend and I have to say I get nervous taking my little older dog to a new person but Frankie did such a good job! My pup gets very anxious and scared of new people so when Frankie spent the extra time and got to know my animal, it made me feel much better and I could tell he relaxed too! Frankie takes such good care of my pups. I have 5 dogs ranging from 5 months old to 17 years old. He is especially good with my 2 17 year olds. 1 is starting to get dementia, blind, and deaf - he's scared of everything now and Frankie makes him feel comfortable to be able to bath him. I also have 1 that has a back injury and has trouble walking. He takes great care to bath him without hurting him. read more
