Carlos Guevara owns Servico Electrico and responded in less than 30 minutes to my quote request. Carlos and his electrician assistant arrive on time and started work immediately. The garage was drywalled so it took some time to get the wiring routed through the jousts - which is what I wanted so that it would look professional and remain safe. Carlos and his electrician assistant did the routing without complaint. After the job was completed, they cleaned up and showed me that the outlets worked/were GFCI protected. I now have two 20 A circuits each with a customized three GFCI electrical and two USB outlets - one on each side of the garage. Thank you!

I had a plumber come in for a consultation so that I could buy a tank-less water heater. I paid…read morefor a consultation so that I could buy a water heater that fitted with my home set up. I did not want to have to make changes to my house. I wanted to get a system that was compatible with my current set up. He gave me his advice and I ordered a Rheem 36kw tank-less water heater as instructed. He installed it and the next day it blew a fuse. Ok, no biggie. A few days later, it cut off again and would not turn back on. Called in an electrician and it turns out that the plumber didn't know what he was talking about. The fuse in my disconnet box blew because he hooked up the water heater's electrical components dangerously incorrect. The Rheeem he suggested requires 4 double 40 breakers to power it. He hooked it up to 1 double 30 breaker. Of course the system was too strong for the breaker and the wiring. I'm grateful my house didn't catch on fire but now I need to changed the breakers, upgrade wiring, and add additional disconnects to work the system properly. F that plumber. I paid him to avoid this. Enter Mister Electrical to the rescue. The tech came out. He was professional and extremely respectful of my home, even took extra time to make sure he didn't leave a spot behind him. After examining the set up and talking with his senior, the tech said they would take some time to make sure they get it right. He didn't want to give me any misleading information. The Senior plumber, being made aware of my situation, took a few days to go over the manual and my set up to find the best course of action for my problem. After a few days, he came up with a solution to hook it up to 2 double 60 amp breakers and to run it at a lower setting (the normal power settings were far beyond what I could ever use... damn plumber). At the end of the day, I appreciate how Mister Electric took the time to find the best solution to my specific problem. They were always respectful of my home and money. They could have rightfully charged me $5000 to hook it up like the manual basic instruction. But they took the time and effort to learn the system and find a way to save me over $3000 dollars. Integrity is priceless. Call Mister Electrical now.

Instead, working with kitchen designer Emily Dolan at KitchenWorks (who was recommended by our contractor, Steve Spratt Improvements), was fun. And the results are more beautiful and functional than I had expected. She started by visiting our house to see our kitchen, and then she listened to what we wanted and what we wanted to get rid of with the remodel. She asked us detailed questions -- Do you use your microwave to re-heat or to cook? Could you use another pantry near the refrigerator for storage, or would you rather have more counter space? Have you thought of using tray dividers in the cupboards over the refrigerator to store your trays and cookie sheets? Based on our answers, she drew up several layouts for us to review. She willingly revised elements of the plan we settled on, and once the remodel was underway, she came by a few times to see that the installation was going smoothly. I never felt the clock ticking when I met with her, or rushed into a decision, or pushed to choose the most costly materials. She was even willing to look at the flooring samples I brought by to help me envision which would look best with the cabinets and countertop we had chosen. Now, we have a kitchen where everything we use has a place that makes sense, and just catching a glimpse of it from our living-room or den makes me smile.
