Every single time I have come in they have been attentive and helpful and spending as much time as it takes to help me figure out the exact part I need. Not only have they always been able to help me find the parts, but they contact me the moment they have my parts arrive unlike many other places like this. I've been able to speak with the service department on multiple occasions to help figure out problems with a UTV and rather than me doing guess work as to the cause of the issues, they walked me through the best ways to figure out the most probable cause and I was able to get it corrected. Potentially saving me hundreds of dollars. Even when I have been unable to fix an issue myself, the service department has done quick and efficient work, and making it clear what the issue was and how they solved it so I'm not left in the dark paying a bill. They have even come to pick up some of the equipment when I didn't have the time to bring it to them. I could not more highly recommend working with these people.

Once the mower was disassembled and being greased my husband noticed the belt on the mower had a large tear and was about to break. We called the Shelbyville store and found they did not have this part in stock but the computer system showed this location did. We called to confirm that the part was in stock and the employee pulled it and marked it to hold for us. We immediately drove up to this store and followed the good directions the employee gave over the phone.
