Prior to his arrival, I made sure to inform him of the style, model number and that the dryer is stackable. He looked at the dryer and then proceeded to go to the circuit breaker panel. He then informed me that the problem was electrical and I needed to seek the expertise of an electrician. I messaged him to ask what led him to believe the issue was electrical as it occurred to me that the washer & dryer are on the same circuit breaker and my washer worked. He never responded. After thoroughly checking the electric going into the dryer & into the wall as well as the electrical panel, the electrician determined there was no electrical issue. The electrician moved the dryer, pushed a button & turned a knob and the dryer began working. I called All American Appliance to speak with the manager or owner and no one responded to my call. After calling a second time, I was called back. The manager listened to what I had to say & then said he would speak to the repairman and call me back. I have yet to receive a call back. I feel that this company is dishonest in its practices and the customer service is poor at best. They charged me for a service call, only the circuit breaker was checked and nothing was resolved. The repairman made no attempt to inspect the dryer. I do not believe I should be charged for this service as the electrician clearly stated that it was a very simple repair and that the repairman did not do his job.

They gave me a Wednesday mid-day appointment which I could not take and opted for the following morning. My refrigerator stopped working 2 days before the appointment. A person arrived on time WITHOUT ANY TOOLS, looked at the model number, then through his phone and in 3 minutes said I needed a new inverter & a new board that would cost $935+tax and it would take 2-3 weeks to get the parts. He did not look behind the refrigerator, diagnose anything. I paid $69.25 for this service. I called another repair company, they came the same day, took rear panel off and tested for 20 minutes, told me $516+tax and one part would arrive in 3 days. Parts arrived on time, replaced and now working for over 1 month. Paid 1/2 the price and saved 2 1/2 weeks. I emailed All American and explained my dissatisfaction. Received an anonymously response telling me they would "pass on" my email. That was a few weeks ago, no response. Do not bother with this company. Unprofessional and I question the knowledge of their staff.

The aisles and bays were clearly marked. Multi store employees were available around the store and helping out customers. I was able to locate the items I wanted using the store mode in the Home Depot app. The items were placed in the exact aisle and bay as it was listed in the app. Prices were fair. The checkout was super easy and quick using the self checkout lane.
