Parker was precise in his work, timely in communication, reasonable in pricing, and most of all, kind, honest, and professional. Parker made sure we were active participants in the entire decision-making process and offered good suggestions as to how he could best assist us with our goals. He even took the extra time to set up his workspaces in a way so that he did not make a mess of our home. My family and I would highly recommend anyone looking for an electrician to work with Parker at Crescent Electric!

A couple of big corporate names came up, which I avoided because I like to support smaller businesses. One of the first "smaller" names with a great reputation that came up was Crescent, so I gave them a call and immediately got in touch with Parker. I explained my situation, sent over some photos, and instantly got an (attractive) quote. We got the project scheduled quickly, and when the day came around, Parker + Noah got it all done smoothly, professionally, and tidily. No hassle at all, great customer service, and all with that non-corporate feel that I value so much. Thanks guys, I'll happily hit you up again next time I need some more work done!

We originally had a time-and-materials proposal from Handyman that could vary anywhere from about $2,100 to $3,400 which was within our budget. Robert came in and suggested he just give us a fixed price (with better fixtures) so there's no confusion. We were fine with that and were pleasantly surprised when his fixed price was at the very low end of the spread we expected. He also had to repair a broken underground line at no added charge and the outcome is better than the original. Robert was great to work with, a very nice guy, and very honest and forthcoming. If needed again, he's on speed dial. Thank, Robert!

Robert was very helpful with answering our initial questions and understanding what we wanted. It did take a bit longer than I had thought, but the work is excellent! No more worries about hazards. Nathan is an excellent workman and we appreciate him answering our questions as well as helping us identify the breaker zones. I know that is always a challenge for homeowners. Kathy is in the background running the phones, texts and emails, an awesome job to you too! We would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing electrical work done. Worth the wait (our crazy schedule) and cost to have a job well done. Thank you all, we are so very happy!

So I called High Energy to come out and find out why the fuse didn't trip. After 90 minutes of assessment and merely installing another wire nut the Tech. informed me he "didn't know why the fuse didn't trip. AND for that I paid $536! WHAT!! I specifically hired High Energy to find out why the fuse didn't trip when it should have. They DIDN'T do that ... then charged me $536. TWO words come to mind; RIP-OFF! Hell my son hired an electrician recently in the metropolitan area of Seattle and he was only charged $300 for the same time frame ... and his guy actually FIXED the problem he'd been hired to repair. High Energy did little but "assess", couldn't diagnose the issue, couldn't resolve the issue and yet had the GALL to charge $536. I have four rental properties in Spokane and you can bet I will NEVER AGAIN employ a company that thinks it's okay to charge $536 to NOT live up to the expectation for which they were hired. If I could give this company a ZERO rating I surely would. To all my fellow homeowners I highly recommend seeking a different company for your electrical needs. My fault for not researching online reviews prior to employing. Service Requested = 0 Quality = 0 Value = 0

I asked for a bid to install one 240 outlet (which another company did for under $1000) and they gave me a proposal to replace the breaker panel ($13,000), all the upstairs outlets ($6700) plus $2000 for the 240 outlet. Total $20 grand!!! By the way my house is only 25 years old and we have had zero problems with our electrical system.
