They were clean and in great working order. I think they may be the most clean I've ever seen for used appliances. I didn't even see a scratch in most of the ones I was looking at. They deliver to your house as well, and it was within a few days. I bought the pair on a Saturday, and they delivered on a Monday. (Because they don't work on Sundays, which I support) I've had one minor problem when they delivered the washer. It was making a strange noise, and I only discovered it after the delivery was made. I called them back to investigate the issue, and they promptly came back to my house and investigated the washer on the spot, then took it away. They told me they were very sorry and that this was unusual. After a few days, they delivered the washer back to me and sat there to test it fully to ensure no other issues would happen. Since then I've been using my washer and dryers for more than a year, and I'm happy to report they work fine. I've had no problems with them. Go support this honest local business! Victor came and assured me that it was a damaged part and that it had to be ordered and it would take less than a week. Paid $240 for the part and another $100+ for labor/estimate. A week later he came and installed it. He left without running it (he got a call while servicing it) rushed through. As soon as he left, I started to run a wash and to my surprise the water didn't drain. Exactly the same situation. Called him and he came back, ran more tests and he said it was the main board. He wanted more $$ to order the part. I reminded him that I had asked if he was sure about the other part and he had said "yes". I asked for my money back and he said that he would give back only the labor for the second time he came but not for the part because "he" couldn't return it because it was used. I told him that it wasn't used he just installed it & he said "NO". I'm out more than $300 with no washer, very disappointed in this company.
